11/30: There’s a new 8 piece “Festive Feast” with 2 mash potatoes, 4 biscuits and 3 types of gravy (brown, white and yellow) $25. You can now dip your crispy chicken onto the gravy. The yellow gravy is the best one. It is nacho cheese. The 2nd best is the white gravy. The other new item is called a “Sidesgiving.” It is large sides of coleslaw, mac & cheese and mash potatoes w/gravy $10. This was great. I loved it.
2025 update. When I was a kid, I loved it when my parents came home with a 2 piece meal for me in that signature KFC paper box. Their packaging hasn’t changed much and brings back some fond nostalgic memories. Tonight, I wanted to try their Korean BBQ loaded fries bowl $5. It is a bowl of fries, with some chicken nuggets, coleslaw and pickles. Cheese and Korean sweet sauce is smothered on top. This was hard to eat. It reminded me of how Taco Bell uses the same ingredients for all their entrees. Other items I got tonight were: 2 piece chicken fill up $7, famous bowl fill up $7.25 and 8 pc chicken for free if you spend $15. Those tasted fine. I still love their 11 herbs and spices chicken.
Notes: There was a $0.25 surcharge for Mountain Dew, Sweet Lightning Peaches & Cream Soda. The peaches and cream soda option was not available at their fountain drink station even though I paid extra for it. Prices at KFC is kind of crazy if you don’t use their deals. $5 for a drum stick is ridiculous.
This is a good KFC location. Plenty of parking. Food is ready within minutes. The ladies that work here are fast. The restaurant is kind of clean most of the time.
Original review: Since the Daly City KFC closed, I’ve been coming to this one. When I order through the web site or the app, the food is ready by the time I get there. I live about 10 minutes away. Today’s order was the $20 fill up box. It is four pieces of chicken, 12 nuggets, fries, four biscuits and sauce. It is enough food for two meals. The chicken was OK but the fries were not. They were soggy from the condensation of how the box is made. There are no air holes for the chicken and fries to breathe. The chicken and fries weren’t crispy because of it. The biscuits were OK, but they didn’t give me any butter.

Absolutely terrible service. The app said my order was ready for pickup, but I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was completely ignored. I said “hi” and “excuse me” multiple times and not a single employee acknowledged me. They were not even busy, they just chose to ignore customers. Only after one employee finished working at the fryer did someone finally help me. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your time, I would not recommend coming here.

Dirty. Homeless hanging out in the area. Service is very unprofessional. Drink machine is so sticky. They started skimping out on the chicken, they’re all half the size they previously were a year ago. Seriously, what even is this tiny drumstick. They put it under the thigh to hide how small it is. If you’re going to serve that tiny thing, I want another piece to make up for it, or better yet, don’t serve those at all.

The staff here are… not the brightest bulbs. At least whoever worked today. Everything was wrong and I didn’t check until I got home :/. The girl working up front with thick dark brows was incredibly rude to a woman picking up an order. Amargada

This is a combo restaurant. KFC and Taco Bell. First time I have seen this combination. Service was good and food tasted okay. Nothing out of ordinary. Good amount of parking. Getting here is a bit tricky. It is on the corner and if you miss a turn you have to go around and make a uturn.

The products they give, when the order arrives, are previously cooked and prepared but cooled down, they are given to the customer in a soft and definitely not crispy state, as if they were dipped in oil again.

Cleanest & free of bums.. they seem to be over-staffed at the time I went (Sat around 530pm). There were moments some kitchen crew were just looking at each other. Nevertheless, meal is better enjoyed in a nice clean environment, without annoying smelly & crazy hobos one would usually see in the City.
