Not sure what’s going on at this location but management/supervisors need to take action immediately. I’ve stopped by this location numerous times and it’s either a 15 minute wait in the drive thru because their “machines are down” or a 20 minute wait for chicken. An establishment should not be open if there are always problems affecting item availability. Your store is losing sales. Do better.

Pretty good, my bread was a little old, I ate it about 3 minutes after getting my order, it was warm but tuff. The crew people were very kind and friendly and for once didn’t mess up my order. I don’t usually go to KFC because of lousy service and too much fried food gives me heartburn so I was very much in shock how expensive chicken was. Chicken is the cheapest meat and yet a meal cost about as much as a sit down restaurant where you get served meals, and someone to wait on you and offer refills and takes your plates afterwards. I guess it’s the sign of the times but as much as I love KFC I don’t know if I’ll be going back anytime soon. Sorry. I just don’t make enough.

I went to KFC in Madera,CA, ordered chicken sandwiches,we were told that there would be a 22 minute wait, for all chicken. We waited approx 10 minutes, order was ready. Got home and noticed that we received chicken TENDER sandwiches. As I started to distribute everyone’s food, all but ONE sandwich were chicken tenders. Tried calling the restaurant, to no avail. I really don’t go here because my order is just about always incorrect or the service is horrible. I do not recommend coming here. I would definitely recommend POPEYE’S over KFC. Hopefully KFC corrects this !!

So when ordering the guy just kept asking me “will this complete your order will this complete your order?” Repeatedly. Then the total for my food was $51.51 so I gave him $61.51 expecting a $10 back but he gave me $9 and some change. When I tried to explain to him that I should’ve gotten a $10 back in change he said I didn’t give him a what I gave him. Then just shut the window when I tried to explain more. Terrible service and possibly poor management.

It was gross! The chicken was overly greasy, the grease was old as you can see how dark it is in the pic. There were only 4 pieces of chicken in this bucket. The fries also tasted like the old grease and were cold. I would not recommend
