The management here is very nice and the chicken here is really good. I noticed that the pot pies here have more chicken than at other KFC locations. Very clean and the employees are very nice.

Homeboy who worked tonight was terrible. We got half an order of very old corn, mashed potatoes and gravy were mixed together (since when!?), homeboy forgot our biscuits, the store had no butter, chicken is old, Mac and cheese is cold and old. The nuggets were double fried. Quoted 5 min turned into 15 for our food.
Glad we pay these people 20 bucks an hour to offer terrible food and service

Normally I would rate this place with 5 stars because the food is good , but this time I can only give it 4.
I ordered online for later pick up. I ordered a bucket of chicken strips. Now, their sauces are . 25 cents each, so I spent a dollar and ordered 4.
The lobby was closed so I picked up through the drive through. I get home and there was no sauce. None! Maybe it’s my fault for not checking my order at the window but I usually think when you order food online that the people putting your order together can read, so I give them the benefit of the doubt.
Lesson learned. I’ll buy my own sauces and make them myself… Maybe even my own chicken.
