first of all the gentle behind the counter was very nice and helpful he gets 5 stars.
The chicken was awful! It was absolutely almost inedible.
Everyone of my pieces were Soggy, not hot nor crispy.
I did see the chicken sitting on the rack under a warmer but felt bad asking because that guy was the only one working up front.
The inside of the store was dated, dirty and looks like it did in 1971 when ai first went there after moving to Tustin.
What a disappointment!
Again, the employee was very nice but Food was awful, not fresh and soggy!

My order got messed up – chicken nuggets were missing and 2 sauces, ordered regular chicken pieces to be extra crispy but it definitely was not extra crispy. The sweet tea tasted like apple juice.
I called the location 3 times and no one picked up – which that was really the upsetting part. I understand people make mistakes and orders can be done wrong by accident but to not even answer the phone is completely unacceptable and honestly shows the lack of care for customers!

The worst KFC in Orange County. The first problem was, I had an online order and when I went to go pick it up, they made me wait over 30 minutes, While helping everyone else. Today I went and placed my order in the drive-through, And when I got to the window, the lady had an attitude with me and asked me what was my order and to repeat the whole thing, so basically, they weren’t even taking my order when I was placing it at the drive-through. Everyone there is very unprofessional from the supervisor to the employees very uncomfortable to order and to eat there. And the place is really dirty, Nobody cleans up or anything…. And all of the times the employee speak Spanish and will not speak English to you

I’m usually a big fan of KFC, but this location was honestly terrible. The food was completely overcooked, and they somehow managed to mess up the entire order. To make things worse, the Uber driver even went back to try and get the missing items, and they STILL didn’t give him everything. Absolutely unacceptable. If you’re thinking of ordering from here—don’t. It was a huge letdown and not at all up to KFC’s usual standards.

I placed a order Saturday morning, there was a huge parade going and I was unable to get to the location. I drive around for 30 minutes driving to find a way around the parade but couldn’t do it. I called the location and told them about it all and that I needed to cancel my order , said I needed to call customer service so I did. Once I spoke to customer service they said someone would call me back to discuss the issue and issue a refund. I still haven’t heard anything back from anyone and I spoke to customer service again to but they still can’t issue a refund since this location isn’t responding to there emails to find out what happened.

I ordered twelve pieces of mixed chicken and they gave me only thighs, a leg and a wing, wasted time and I had to file a claim, they solved the problem. They should train their staff more for better care, also they don’t answer the phone, I had to go personally, wasted time. Thank you

If you’re not drive thru, you are trash. Wait 7 minutes before I was acknowledged. No one else in front of me. Ordered 3 piece combo gave me two small drums and one thigh. Most other KFC gives 2 thighs and a drum. Ind mash potato was a sad ball that didn’t even fill the container
