I went to the drive thru and they made a big deal to come inside the store. Upon entering they made me reorder everything and then i paid with EBT, and they wanted me to have ID presenr as well. Then when the given the food its was shredded, overly cooked, deformed, thr biscuits were undercooked and soggy, and everything with food was horrible. Also i orderes 8 piece family meal and only got 6 pieces. I came back to get a full refund and the manager named Ruben said that only can give me partial. Upon arrival everyone was hiding and making themselves scarce. They did noy give me any refund and threaten on calling the police just to get me off their backs. The food thing is a huge concern adn food code violationbeyond belief. Plus showing a customer prejudice, stigma, discrimination, and refusal common curtesy i dont know if this poor behavior only this location or every KFC is the same.
I was humiliated, ripped off, degraded, demoralized, and caused my trauma and mental health to be impacted negatively and profoundly. If this event does not get resolved to my favor i am going to sue. Nobody is suppose to be treated with such disrespect, hatred, and inhuman. I want those people fired, my funds refunded, compensated for that ordeal, and a huge apology.

Expect an inspection from the Health Department. I have never felt food poisoning this bad in my entire life. This is pure incompetence — how is it even possible to cook food this poorly? How are you still in business?

Was in the drive thru and they are definitely racist at this location. I will be reporting them immediately. Went to use ebt and they asked for ID and were purposely being difficult asking who is in the ID when my wife was right next to me and was clearly the person in the ID. Then she proceeded to act like she couldn’t read ( probably cannot) and After correcting her multiple times on the name she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me and just kept saying it wrong.

Have been eating KFC since I was a little bit. The recipe hasn’t changed, it’s always yummy and crispy. The biscuits are delicious when you dip them into your mash potatoes. I have great memories of my deceased mother when she used to love this restaurant. The staff was great but I have a slight suggestion, to be a bit more friendly.

The food is always hot and tastes deliciously fresh! Service is always quick and all my items are always what I asked for. Employees are very helpful and polite if any problems arise their always willing to fix the issue. Nothing better than KFC that’s just a short walk away from where I live.
