I went to this location yesterday and ordered three tacos, a Famous Bowl, and a classic chicken combo with mac & cheese. I expected my food to be fresh, especially since it was during a busier time, but instead, my food was not fresh at all, and the Famous Bowl had barely any chicken.
On the day of the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. I wasn’t about to let my family go hungry because they failed to provide fresh food, so I had no choice but to deal with it myself.
Today alone, I called 13 times and still could not get anyone on the phone. With no response in the last 24 hours, I went in person to address the issue. That’s when I spoke with a young employee who seemed to be a shift lead or manager — and her attitude was extremely condescending. She cut me off when I explained that I had been trying to call and told me that “if I don’t have the food, it doesn’t matter,” even though I still had my receipt and it had been less than 24 hours since my order.
At the time I went in, there were no customers inside and multiple staff in the back, yet no one had answered the phone. The unprofessionalism at this location is ridiculous, and I will think twice before ordering here again
UPDATE AS OF 6:45 pm, now the phone is off the hook. I need some form of manger to get in contact with me asap

Can’t really give this spot 5 stars. It’s not consistent. It’s the closest KFC around but many times I’ve waited in line to order only to find they are out of something. For price I’m paying I feel like they should take some pride in what they do and at the very least they should get my order right. Like I’ve said, it’s the closest KFC around. Good luck

This place has been charging alot for a bucket of chicken and chicken in general. I just bought a 14 piece meal and the chicken was dry and had been sitting around. The legs are super dry and the thighs are really small and just dry. I am adding a photo of my bucket. Look how small the pieces are. I will never go back there again. This happens one to many times

Sorry to do this but I came in with the deal options of the 4 piece drums and thigh with two sides for $12. Not an online deal, not a coupon either. Just a normal order per KFC. No staff attends to me while waiting for over 10 minutes in front of the counter. Then Felis comes up and decides to ruin the entire order that is listed and not offer it with absolutely terrible attitude. She should get some customer service training along with all the staff that just stares are you while waiting to get an order. It’s called fast food for a reason folks. I would not recommend which is why I go to Popeyes mostly.

Just went through a drive thru ordered 8 pieces chicken meal . Person taking order very inattentive and the guy that open the window and gave the food are very rude. We ask if there’s a senior discount and response and told us “” I don’t know sir I just work over here” and slam the window. Asked for plates and spoons , condiments prior, nothing given zero were given. This guy needs to get fired. Poor , terrible customer service, never encountered such an employee like that , that doesn’t know about the company that he is working for or the policy. This is not the first that it happened in this location, tried it again, same thing happened. Poor orientation or employee just doesn’t care.

I am very pleased and satisfied with today’s service. When walking into our nearby KFC restaurant, we were welcomed by Tina. Tina the cashier greeted us and also advertised with menu specials. She took our order and repeated back to me in a kindly matter. She was very polite, courteous and made sure we were well taken care of with our meal. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The dining area in the restaurant is very clean. Great hospitality by Tina, we will be returning back soon. Thank you, Tina! Have a wonderful day.

Bought the Tuesday 8 piece, 4 legs/4 thighs $10 special. Got 4 legs, 2 thighs and 2 overcooked dried-out breast’s. Took the breast’s back. Last time I went, I got 8 legs! Love KFC but hate the way this KFC always seems to mix-up the orders.

Horrible, awful food. Old chicken, overcooked, tough. Super over salted. Coleslaw had way too much vinegar. We are in our 70’s, used to eat at FFC alot in the 70’s, 80’s. I cannot believe how bad it is. Prices are outrageous! Inedible. Never will go back again. Very sad.
