I placed an online order and came to pick it up, only to be told that my food was already taken by someone else. The staff didn’t seem to care at all — they refused to remake the order and wouldn’t help with a refund. They basically just said “oh well” and left me with nothing. Extremely rude and unhelpful. This location is very poorly managed and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. I’ll never be coming back here again. I’ll also be contacting the manager to report the worker involved.

I wanted to try something new so we tried the 20 dollar fill up box. It was ok. The crispy chicken was not all that. Albertson chicken alot better and the biscuit I remember them being better tha. This time really hard and well fries were stale. Was impressed. To be honest the chicken nuggets were terrible. Lol but hey Mayne someone else can review the box better I give it a 3 average

DONT COME HERE! We did an online order our food was given away. They had us wait and argue that we needed to move. We order a family dinner, and when got to the window they asked us to pay, and to get old turnovers or wait 5 mins for fresh turnovers. She gave away our food $40 to 2 turnovers. If you want free food go to this KFC! We couldn’t get it refunded because on the app it looks like we got our food! We came here because Banning is worst than this but at least the employees care.

26.00 chicken dinner, ate a little, threw out the rest. The pieces were exceedingly small. Maybe a blip but a good manager would have not sent it out.

I would give no starts but I had to give at least one. I usually go to kfc quite often but this time was enough. I went to kfc the other night 11/16 , and they were out of everything i asked for. Waited 15 mins in drive through for kfc bowl and Nashville tenders just for the worker to give me regular chicken tenders and spicy famous bowl filled with oil. I told them my order was wrong, they came back and said they’re out of chicken tenders that they can take the ones I have and make them nashville.( mind you I took a bite out of a tender and touched them with my hands) and they still took them back. Which that is against food protocol. & the guy *Miguel* who took my order was very rude , and was rushing us out of there when I was trying to let them know about my order and if I can get condiments and he kept throwing the condiments in that bag with attitude. Very disappointed .

Love the fact that we can have Long John Silvers here as well. Staff and manager were polite, efficient, and friendly.
