Ordered a online pick-up, there was no line at all in the drive-thru. I made the order about 5 mins before as I live close and it was still ready when I got there. I haven’t had a potpie from there in a while but they are one of my favorite potpies and it did not disappoint. I made sure to take a picture as it was a work of art!

I went through the drive-through. All I wanted was a breast and small mass potato. The cashier pushed the sale of a two piece meal. OK I agreed went to purchase. My meal, looked in the box. It was a small wing. I asked her about it she refused to change it KFC used to be nice and accommodating, but I guess they are not big on customer service anymore! PS no receipt that’s why it’s not in the picture….
This is an update as of September 27, 2024. I went back to that same establishment. The chicken is still dried out. The service is bad. They selling old chicken dried up chicken. I will post pictures but they removed the review upload section horrible simply horrible. How could anyone go there and eat? This is totally despicable.

Just imagine you are hungry, you are pregnant and with your two kids in the car and you think: “If I get KFC I’ll just go get the food trough the drive-thru and it will be easier and faster”. Well they rejected my order because my debit card and my ID didn’t match, so we left all hungry… Nowhere else I’ve had such a terrible experience. Never coming back.

I really do appreciate the lady that made all three of my sandwiches one she made me smile awesome customer service, two she got my order correct on service. She took my order while making it that takes experience and I wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m given the same quality of service Everytime. That lady is amazing and deserves a raise ❣️ thank for making our lunch very delicious

I arrived to Drive through and girl couldn’t hear me. I asked to pull up to the window and she stated I needed to get off and go in the lobby. Defeats the purpose of a Drive Thru. Left without ordering because it was raining and wasn’t trying to go inside.

I ordered online on 7/29/24 at night around 9:05 my order was soppose to be ready so one charge told me twenty min order will be ready time pass I didn’t get my order until 9:43. The lobby is closed I can’t even go inside that was closed early when you close until 11. If you are going give the food late don’t accept online orders. That is longest I waited for food I didn’t want cancel I paid for it already.

Felt something was off when we past the drive thru windows, it smelled so bad in there, went for a famous bowl and they took forever, after my kid ate it she started throwing up. Dont come here.

Horrible service. I ordered food on the app and was given a 5 minute wait time. I get to the restaurant and was told it’s another 20 minute wait. Instead of being apologetic the smart mouthed cashier just smiled and giggled. Store is extremely dirty floors and tables are never clean. Very soggy chicken most days.

Omg this location, parks you everytime, the food is cold like its been sitting so why be parked for cold food this is a horrible experience, I spent 40.00 and received old food, im so disappointed will not be returning this location or restaurant again, you should all stay clear of her not worth the money
