First time trying these location. The flavor was really good. I like the classic. I try the chicken nuggets and they were really good, that nice secret recipy flavor was sooo good. Remind me the chickenpopcorn. The personal working there were busy but nice and polite. The place was clean and nice to spend the time to eat inside. Even when they were busy with order from drive though and few inside they were really quick with my order. I will be back for sure if I am around.

Chicken tenders are always under cooked as well as the Mac n cheese is always refrigerator cold! I think they either rush or just plain don’t cook properly.1 day me or somebody else will end up with food poisoning! Word of wisdom, COOK YOUR FOOD AND SERVE IT HOT! Not Luke warm, not cold, HOT!!

Just get the order correct, when someone purchases the 4 piece chicken tender meal, give the client what they paid for. But I guess the quality control person has something better else to do, than to make sure your customer gets what they paid for. What a shame, I blame management.

So I came in today because my mom is at the hospital like right down the street, and the service workers were VERY nice like I have never seen this nice like ever before! I live in Los Angeles so the customer service is way different. They made my food fresh to order and the cashier recommended a great flavor for my nuggets! If I’m ever in this area again i will be back!

This one KFC in particular is a good KFC. THEY do season the chicken very well so it is tasty. It the only KFC on hwy 18. The servers are quick, and seem experienced and well trained, better than most KFC in the surrounding areas. Everytime I have been there the tables and areas are pretty clean. Whoever they have there as management are doing a good job. Keep it up, and I will be a returning customer for sure.

They asked us if we wanted cookies as an alternative since the biscuits were in the oven. To which we took the offer for cookies instead and they only packed 1 cookie as if that single cookie would make up for a box of biscuits. Drive thru receptionist also charged me for 3 sides that was not even purchased. I guess I gotta split a cookie between four people.
Update on another visit: Ordered a 16pc meal and asked for two Mac n Cheese and they gave me 2 mashed potatoes. Not only that, I found a sharp object within the mashed potato as well. It’s transparent so it would be hard to notice.

The food tasted good but found it to be heavy with MSG (monosodium glutamate) which caused me to have some negative reactions. Some ingredients naturally contain reasonable amounts but some restaurants add additional amounts as a flavor enhancer that really isn’t necessary, so why use it?
