Bad service on Sunday I was there and paid twice for 1 order. I paid cash $21.75 and credit card $21.75. The cashier said the card did not go through , so I gave her cash. When I got home I got a notification the credit card went through for $21.75. I called the restaurant and spoke to Lorena and she said that happens a lot and you will get your money back on the credit card on Monday. So I been calling since yesterday I think they blocked me.Never going there again everyone please be careful when going there.

Came here yesterday for a pick up. They forgot all of our sauces and all of the food was undercooked. The sandwiches were raw in the middle. We ended up just tossing it and eating something else. There was no line when we arrived so no excuse for the terrible/rushed order.

Drive through staff always friendly. KfC food quality has really gone down but that’s not this restaurants fault. Make sure to order on the app for discounts and specials.

Really terrible management I tried to be friendly about the packaging and everything showed them proof and literally what the problem was and why I didn’t want it back in my car I even had my father bring me the food to show them it was disgusting and the fact they were even more upset with it because I wouldn’t leave until they replaced everything continue to give me rude remarks and say terrible things I decided to roll up the window and wait as he clapped and tried to get my attention and knock on my window and when I handed him the food he’s like what’s damage it’s just gravy spilled over it’s still salvageable the fact is I don’t pay to have to rinse off my mashed potatoes and gravy that’s covered in gravy and chicken and biscuits in soggy boxes

Didn’t get my Mac n cheese, didn’t get the chicken thigh sides we ordered. Instead got a dried piece of a breast that was cold and looked like it’s been sitting there all day. Fries were cold. 30 bucks and it was a waste. Won’t return.
