The staff at this KFC was so nice when I had made a mistake on my order (I wanted it at a different location), when I had called this establishment a gentleman answered and helped me out with my situation and even offered to remake my order so it would be fresh by the time I drove over there. It was 100% my mistake but the staff was so kind and courteous.

Nice quiet kfc fastfood in Bonita. The service is fast, place is clean, and staffs are somewhat friendly. I ordered what used to be a $5 fillup is now almost $6, still reasonable for two pieces of chicken, side, biscuit, chocolate chip cookie, and a regular drink. Some of the benches need to be replaced, but overall, very comfortable with the dining environment. Hidden away in a non busy area of bonita.

At least 5 people working and not a single one wanted to help me because they were all hanging out in the back acting too busy. Meanwhile the drive thru guy was busy as hell. All of them gave me attitude when I said something out loud. The place seems to be run by teenagers who feel too entitled to do their jobs.

Food was meh. One thing that I did notice was how poor the work atmosphere was. A short Asian lady kept yelling at a couple of employees. I’m assuming she’s the manager because she was telling everyone where to go and what to do. as soon as she started yelling, the people in the lobby next to me looked over and we all felt the uneasy tension. I was very uncomfortable.

This is hands down the best KFC we’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing – we actually felt like they really cared about our experience. Plus, all the food was fantastic. We will always go to this store when we are in the area.

Nice clean place. Location is tuck away in an inconspicuous place. Not on a main road. Had to use Google Maps to find the place. Not many people were there when I went, so service was of course quick.
Seems like more people order ahead and pickup their orders than there are walk-ins.
Service staff wear masks. Not required by patrons to wear them.
Great food. Love chicken. The chicken didn’t have that over used oil taste, and tasted fleshly made.
Didn’t use the restroom so can’t tell what that’s like. But would assume it would be clean judging by the eating area’s cleanliness.

Fast & accommodating of my demanding requests. I tend to request sauces and items they don’t normally give you, unless one requests it ….they did it without hesitation, or with face of annoyance. Also more importantly, the order was correct. overall great service.
