I never eat at KFC, but on this particular evening driving very far away I thought I would stop in. I made my order in the drive-thru and pulled to the window. I don’t know how long I was sitting there. No one came.
So I left. Maybe I should have stayed. Maybe the food would have been ultra fresh, but I just couldn’t take that long. She didn’t even come to take my money And give me my drink while I was waiting, but oh well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bright and clean eating area with no customers. The chicken however was soggy and lacked flavor. Had not been to a KFC is about 5 years and was deeply disappointed with the food. Even the gravey for the mashed potatoes lacked flavor! We willl try it one more time and if it still lacks taste and flavor we will sadly leave them for the history books and let someone else patronize the franchise.

I don’t understand why KFC is so quiet. I often bring my daughter here on weekends. There’s almost no wait time, and we usually get our food within five minutes after ordering. The fried chicken—like drumsticks and chicken breasts—is delicious: crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The chicken is also very fresh. I think the drinks taste better than McDonald’s. The prices are also reasonable. If you like a quiet environment and enjoy fried chicken, this place is a great choice.

The woman that work there are terrible with customer service skills. They have horrible attitudes. There not friendly at all. The food is good but that is it. I would go there if it wasn’t the closet KFC. The men are better then the woman. I give the customers 1 star. I would give zero if I could all because if the 3 ladies working there.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at how tasty the “new” macaroni chicken bowls are at KFC. This time I ordered “Korean bbq” and “Hot Nashville” flavored bowls. Also a 2 piece chicken mash potato biscuit box. Everything is $5 each! Now that’s priced right and tasty! I will try them again….

Sooooo slow! Had to go chase down the chickens. This franchisee doesn’t honor TV advertised specials…$5 Special white meat only 1 piece! No “healthy” sides…very limited selections. Regular crust was soggy.
Chicken was large and tender. Had to pull off the batter…(so greasy it filled a load of napkins.) That means the grease wasn’t hot enough to crisp the chicken and seal out the grease. Nasty mess! Place was clean. Restrooms…spotless! Service was “with-a-smile.” Really sweet ladies so I uped it to a 3☆ performer.

I had another craving for KFC last night. This location had disappointed me once before around lunchtime. Not their best day I guess. But, last night my bucket of original chicken was excellent. The skin was nice and crispy and tasty. The employee at the drive thru was very friendly and courteous. The order was 100% correct!

I think that the KFC here in Diamond Bar is a good option to go to for chicken-related items. The food service is well overall while the staff is professional and alert in terms of what is needed by the customer and things related to it overall.
The interior and inside of the restaurant is simple and comfortable if you are looking to dine in and be at ease. The staff is respective and modest in terms of how the staff members treat their customers. I do think that the overall quality of the food can be better while the workflow of the environment could be better as well. I do feel like it could be more joyous instead of feeling a bit sluggish as I think a semi-persistent or persistent workflow can keep the environment more active and flowing, while also allowing the employees to feel happier as the workflow is more active on a positive note.
I think that the Chicken Little is a cute small sandwich that individuals should look into if they are into getting a quick grab that is affordable under $4.
Also, I feel like this can also allow the restaurant and chain to use more food items that can be used under a certain amount. Such as $5. Or even less. With a new variety of menu items that complement the menu instead of it just being sides as well.
Also, I think that KFC can use more sponsorship from major platform artist in terms of better representation of the chain itself. Which can go well with the sports industry. Or even football simply.
Jack Harlow, Selena Gomez, Logan Paul, Sydney Sweeney, and Tana Mongeau are good examples.
Shout out to Brenda for being a nice manager btw while allowing me to kick it in here and get a free drink as I think that is very nice of her. (:

Will never eat here again, had a pot pie no chicken in the pot pie, 4 small cubed potatoes, I counted 8 balls of green peas, 5 sliced carrots and the rest was soupy, no crust on bottom of the pot pie, a little sliver of chicken (and I mean a sliver)
