I been to this KFC a few times when I’m in the area. Today I stopped by and went through drive thru. It was empty so I drove right up. A young lady took my order. I paid and she told me to go the 2nd window. She hands me my meal in a bag. I drive off and found a place to park so I can eat. I opened the bag and looked for a fork or spoon to eat my mash potatoes. There was no utensils or napkins. I guess they expect people to eat with their fingers. In addition to not giving me utensils or napkins, the chicken was cold. So I decided to call them, a young man answered the phone. He claims to be a manager. I told him my situation, and he said, we aren’t required to give you any utensils or napkins. I was like what!?? How are people supposed to eat? He wasn’t any help at all. First, the food is good, just like every KFC. I got the Famous Bowl Combo with 2 biscuits. Sadly, they don’t have chocolate chip cookies anymore. I don’t know if thats at every KFC or just this one. Second, the only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is because of the wait time. It took 30 minutes from Drive Thru to get our food. Other than that, it’s still good food.

I ended up getting the $20 fill up box. Fries taste old. Biscuits are chewy. Must be old and the chicken wasn’t that hot for some reason. Seems like all the food has been sitting there.

Live 3 minutes up the street so I go for the convenience. Been here 5 times, terrible service every time. In August, I ordered crispy – was told it’d be another 10 minutes which wasn’t much of an issue but was then told my biscuits would also be another 10 minutes? Some white guy took my order but seemed like a kitchen issue. This was the middle of the day and there weren’t any other customers. Another time, went to drive thru, no answer for 5 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and they answered right away. Brought up what happened and they proceeded to say I was being difficult and they continued having an attitude. This was an African American lady in June or July. Cold chicken 3 out of the 5 times I’ve gone. I now drive 12 minutes to the location in Compton even though this location is 3 minutes walking distance.
What is KFC doing about this location? Whatever they’ve done so far isn’t working. Change management. Change the staff. Either that or move out the way so a proper restaurant can feed us

I ordered a large mashed potatoes with no gravy she repeated it but then I get home it has gravy . Smh I’m.over this location I ordered a meal a few weeks ago no silverware I got it for the road . All the other times it’s been some kinda issue this place sucks staff rude and they can’t bring you anything correct ..

I drove through for 2 8 piece chicken only my mistake was not to check the order when I got home and was ready to eat I got 2 2 piece meals I called about error and the wanted me to bring order back but after a long day at work I was I. A lot smaller than the old KFC that used to exist. But the food is good and they now have 2 EV station parking spaces. For now, it’s good and I would recommend the chicken sandwich.

The food is pretty good but the service is the worst. The employees are rude and take forever to give you you’re order. I understand not many people working the same shift but it took over 30 (thirty) minutes to get 2 (two) chicken littles. And the 2 times I’ve been here they have NO fries . The guy giving the food has an attitude. KFC is good but definitely recommend going to another location!

So I came in today I am not sure if it was because they were low on staff but the black girl in the front today on 4/27 around 2 just seem so upset over it like idk of course I said my please and thank you and I try to understand that fast food isn’t as easy but at the same time she just showed it on her face that made the experience off I found a hair in my box I didn’t even feel comfortable to complain because I just didn’t want to make them feel like I am trying to give them a harder time my mash wasn’t blended I can still see the powder they didn’t even tell me which was spicy or classic and the drink machine was off so when I went to ask for refill like just her face idk but anyway I hope she has a better day I just it wasn’t free either and I didn’t just spend 5 dollars so idk that was my personal experience
