I was told to get the app so i could get a better price. NONE of the employees offered to help, except for 1 new employee who called the mgr. She was USELESS!!! I signed up & recv’d a “code” to enter online, but did not have any options to do so. Kept trying to explain to mgr & she kept saying she has “nonthing to do w/app!?!?” She said only in store she could help, so i asked HOW do i get THAT coupon?? She said they don’t have any!?!? She did NOTHING to even try to help! :((( i will never come back to KFC AGAIN!!!!! :((((

Every time I go here there is something they are out of. How can a KFC be put of chicken or biscuits…ever. You should have to wait because the workers are instructed to not make more food when they think its slow. And a manager out of town. Hmm. I waited for the biscuits and they were not even fully baked. Nor and offer of anything for the inconvenience. Totally unprofessional!!!

We purchased online 12 piece reg. recipe chicken, picked up, ate 7 pieces at home, and chicken was over done, and crunchy, and did not taste anywhere as good as KFC is. So I returned to KFC location and spoke with Ariana, I expressed my concern, and she asked me what I wanted to replace it with, I said 5 pieces of legs and thighs. She took my bucket of 5 pieces and brought back 12 pieces of legs and thighs in my bucket PERFECTLY DONE. WOW, I said thank you very much, I didn’t excpect that. I retain my high regards for KFC taste and service.

8pm purchase. Friendly worker. Ordered to go Big Box -1 leg, 2 thighs, biscuit, 2 sides and drink for $16.60. The mashed potatoes were so plain but the chicken was fresh. Not sure I would revisit this location. It wasn’t inviting and almost empty.
This didn’t apply to my order. Another customer requested extra ranch sauce and was told they only give 2 per order that comes with sauce. They charge 25¢ for each extra sauce.

I was at work in irvine and accidently made an order for this spot since i live right behind the promenade, so i called to cancel the order and they didnt answer for about 20minutes. When they finally answered they said they couldnt cancel the order since it was done already. I asked for a refund since i wouldnt be able to pick it up and they said i would have to call my bank and get it back from them. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there was no manager in the building. I understand im just one person but i do live really close and actively refuse to go there now even though im in the mood for KFC. Bummer

I placed an order through the app. First time. Previously not had any issues at this store. I was three minutes past the pickup time. My order was ready when I arrived as I could see it on the shelf behind the register. The server was busy doing other things and left me standing at counter for a bit. When I announced I had a pickup, she challenged me with “what did you call me?” I was a little stunned but said “Pickup”. She hesitantly looked up my order and gave me the food and went to walk away. I told her that my order included drinks. She gave me a cup and went to walk away again. I said it was two drinks. She looked at me with doubt and the looked up my order and saw I was right and gave me a second cup and then turned her back on me again. I took the order thinking I would just forget about the attitude and go on with my day but when I got back to the office they had shorted me a piece of chicken. As the order was for someone else I really felt embarrassed. The food was also cold. I tried to call the number twice but they don’t respond. All in all I will be going to one of the other 2 KFC locations in the area from now on and forego this one entirely.

I couldn’t even get through ordering the lady at the counter was so rude. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in like she was annoyed I was even there. It made trying to get through giving my my order so tense I had to just leave. Idk what’s up with her but she is not happy to be there. I’ll go get my family’s order from the next kfc.
