Came into the restaurant and ordered my food. At 6:23pm on January 6, 2023….sat and waited and after 15 minutes I was informed that it would be another 7 minutes for the biscuits. Well it is 6:44 and I and am still waiting for my food. No complimentary soda offered for waiting that long. When I finally got everything they had to go to the back and get butter. Then another employee accidentally knocks the tray of biscuits on the floor. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.

This is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. If you go try to purchase some wings at any given day or time they make you wait 20 to 30 minutes. Please don’t go after 3pm. Because they’re out of chicken strips and popcorn chicken. And if you ask for sauce, Goodluck they’re all out of that too, on the weekends it’s worst. They run out of chicken after 4pm. The workers are rude and you have to count the pieces of chicken before you leave the establishment. I went on Halloween at 7pm. Asked for an 8 piece bucket paid $22.00 just to come home and find they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken. Do not come here! They’re always out of everything. What’s the point of them being open… this location should shut down and have a Popeyes put in it’s place! I will never go back to this KFC!
