Horrible service ordered the regular family meal when I picked up and got home to open the meal all the gravy was spilled potato’s where clumpy biscuits hard as a rock , I come to this place and never had this happen hence why I didn’t check the bag at drive thru . I called to let the manager know she proceeded to tell me what do you want us to do ? This was all night shift & it wasn’t no where near closing time !!!

Have never had a problem before, usually its something small like forgetting untensils. This time I recieved coleslaw instead of mac and cheese, pepsi instead of strawberry lemonade, and my chicken was not extra crispy. disappointing

As polite as possible, this Kentucky Chicken restaurant has been in our neighborhood for “ump-teen” years(Rosecrans Ave/Compton Blvd Compton, Ca) Can’t understand, and I do understand everything is going up!! But please… What’s going on?” Ordered 3 piece ‘chicken’ only, with an order of fries ; my grandson ordered a 3 piece meal; Ok; he called me, I asked the cashier, (if a meal is cheaper, then please don’t charge me per piece of !) The KFC cashier debited my card for OVER $35.00
2. NO RECEIPT was given! When he went back for a receipt; the statement was; “they’ve already had 3 customers after him and are not able to access his ‘receipt order’. While he was speaking with the cashier, I then suggested we repeat our order for them to trace back…per cashier, it couldn’t be done!❓
*In summary; “What’s going on?” When did establishments (that sell you a merchandise, not give receipts? Do I not have the choice of saying ‘No’; I don’t need a receipt! I personally feel they are tacking on extra charges customers aren’t aware of! This practice will stop if customers start returning their product and getting their refund!
**That confirms it… going forward No receipt so I can see what is being charged; “Take your product (chicken) back, give me my refund!!!!!
Let’s see how many customers wait or LEAVE while we settle the matter!!!!
*FYI: McDonald’s is charging 10cent per bag, that your food order go in! Hey KFC, are you doing that too?!?!

I want to express this in the nicest way: but their prices are not what is displayed in this establishment specifically (and I’m kind of bitter about this)
I literally went to buy 2 Chicken Littles: normally $3.99 for two… stay with me here
This place specifically charged me 3.99 for each of the INDIVIDUAL CHICKEN LITTLE.
– and it didn’t help that the cashier wants to act like I’m the idiot for not knowing that. No… I’ve never been to a KFC establishment that does so (The cashier was not a jerk, they were nice about it, but I’ll be damned).
Just, go somewhere else, food was good at least, but do not come here, it’s likely one of those independently owned restaurants but it doesn’t justify $8.80 for 2 Chicken Littles.
