Received old stale food via uber eats. Chicken cooked in old greese and tasted sour same for my mash potatoes and then to top it off i didnt receive my biscuit tht came w/ the meal….disappointed 4real….who serves old gravy n potatoes? Whole meal stale shouldve known when the order was ready so quik

The customer service is horrible. They ignore people in line and focus on the drive thru (which also takes long) only. I placed a mobile order, and stood there waiting to be attended for 10+ minutes watching my bag of food sitting on their counter. I’ve also had a few uber eats orders canceled because they tell them there is no chicken ready when they get there.

Just be ready to wait 30 minutes for your food and get your order wrong and get bad attitude from cashiers when they are on the wrong bad experience don’t even try to come here

Horrible. I stood in line for 10 minutes with my mom and still didn’t get any service. The staff were focused on the drive thru and left the customer in store standing and waiting. We were third in line when we left. I came back inside to take photos and the people that were in front of us were still waiting. They didn’t explain or acknowledge us even after an employee mentioned to the rest of the crew that there were customers. Unprofessional and shocking.
