It’s KFC, one of my favorites. The parking lot looks rough, but don’t let it fool you. The dining room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. It was a great place to eat.

No complaints about the food. My complaint is that my order was shorted. Ordered the 16 piece Family bucket, no biscuits! Live in Dayton (20 miles) from Carson City, couldn’t just hop in car and drive back! Pretty aggravating. Advice…check your order before you leave the restaurant!

Ubereats driver Rachel apparently stole my 3 piece because i called and they said they bagged it! Geez i should have just driven there myself!! Wedges are not fresh. Overall disappointed and my son still needs food! Rip offs! manager could have been helpful just give me my chicken i paid for!!!

The potato wedges a big greasy and we’re not fresh, when ordering my chicken strips was not asked if I wanted extra crispy recipe. I was given the original recipe for the chicken strips which were a bit greasy and not fresh. The only thing about my whole order was my soda and that’s because I got it myself and that was the best part of the whole thing

My husband drove thru to order a bucket of extra crispy chicken and 2 sides of coleslaw. When he got home, I opened the bags and found an 8 piece, mushy, disgusting looking pile of crap that I was pretty sure I didn’t want to eat. We also got 4 biscuits that he did not order, they were also disgusting. We did get the coleslaw, watery, tasteless, just as disgusting as the rest of the order. What the HELL has happened to this KFC? We will NEVER order from this location ever again! This franchise should be thoroughly embarrassed .

Used the drive thru. Box is a little busted but thats the only complaint. Carlos took our order and was great. He was polite and clear. When we ordered he told us there was a 10 minute wait for our sandwiches and they would be fresh, we agreed and wenr through with the order. At the window when he parked us he did offer a drink for the wait. It was a larger order so we appreciate everything
