Waited 40 minutes for replacement chicken only to leave and come back to be told there is no manager so I couldn’t get my chicken. After insisting my name was written down they gave it to me. I’ve then ordered macaroni and a six-piece chicken nuggets and look at the photos! All I got was four pieces and some crunchy tiny pieces. Called into cooperate and again..Nothing. never eating here again.

So a week ago I got the famous bowl with extra gravy and it was perfect. Now yesterday my neighbor and I ordered the same thing. When they handed me the food I asked the employee if they had extra gravy , she said yes. We get home (8 or so miles) and I’m not even sure if they had any gravy on them at all. If there was it was not noticeable. So this place is hit and miss I guess just check your food before u drive away.

My husband and I decided to order from this KFC branch. We were very disappointed. We ordered 5 pieces of chicken thighs, large mashed potatoes, large coleslaw, and additional large gravy. But we got watery gravy and warm, watery coleslaw. So we weren’t happy with our order and didn’t use the gravy and barely ate the coleslaw. I should read the reviews of this branch first before I order.

this is by far from the first time they have gotten the order wrong. We can’t eat hard foods this is why I ordered original recipe but what I got was extra crispy. Called the store same day spoke to a gentleman he said I could come in and get it remade, and because I didn’t ask for a manager or get his the manager tonight refused to remake the order. I have since canceled my membership with uber eats because all they issued me in credit after going through all the hassle to get a refund was 2.22 of which they used 1.00 to tip the driver that gave me wrong food. and I have filed a dispute with my bank. I am attaching pictures of what was supposed to be in the bag and then a what I actually got. The proof is in the pudding shall we say…..

I’m sooo glad that they were open late! I ordered 2 original thighs and was amazed at how big they were! Also the cole slaw was good! My previous experiences with late night cole slaw weren’t so good. The gentleman at the drive-thru was really nice. I can’t find my receipt but this visit was on 12/27/25 around 10:40pm.

Never in my life have I had to wait more than an hour for fast food. Nor have I seen so many frustrated hungry customers standing and staring at the counter.

From the start, it was clear the staff were disorganized. I saw them marking orders as completed before they were even prepared. My app told me the order was ready when in fact I ended up waiting an hour afterwards. I saw multiple customers leave after learning that some people had been waiting for over an hour.

I asked for a refund, but because I placed a mobile order, they told me I had to request it through the app. Unfortunately, there’s no refund option on the app. Meanwhile, another family who ordered before me was given a cash refund on the spot—but they were shorted $5. What made it worse is that they felt like it wasn’t worth waiting longer to get it fixed and ended up leaving instead.

In all honesty, I would avoid this location at all costs. It’s evident they are dealing with serious employee or managerial issues, and it’s simply not worth the frustration.

made an online order for a friend and once i realized it was for the wrong time, it took 20 minutes to reach someone at the restaurant. once i did, the worker assured me the new time would be fine.

once my friend got there, they said they could not find the order, Which by the way was already paid for. so my friend left. i told him to go back and try under a different name and still nothing. so while he sat there, I had to make another online order.

When picking up the new order, the worker once again said there was no order until my friend had to spell my name out for the worker to understand. Once he got the new order, the chicken was nothing but grease, the mashed potatoes were cold, and not to mention, it was missing the order of biscuits. I will not send anyone to this location

Ordered two classic chicken sandwiches, one regular one spicy, a large fry, and a Mnt Dew Sweet lightning. The buns on BOTH sandwiches were stale and rock hard. There’s no way that you wouldn’t be able to tell while assembling that the bun was bad. The fries and drink however, were okay.
