Jerome was quite professional in his dress, manors, well all of him. He offered to help me the minute I asked. He has great bedside manors and he deserves to have his own kfc. He’s the whole package and would do great. I wish all people in fast food were like Jerome.

My fiancé and I had a great experience, ⁰ we went to the KFC off of Boulder and Flamingo Jerome made us feel very welcome he went out of his way to get us a jelly from the McDonald’s next door, for our biscuits that we thought they carried, but di d not. His customer service was extraordinary and thoughtful. Jeremiah the shift manager was also excellent in helping us out. We will make this our KFC establishment for now on. ♥️

Very nice people and tasty tenders but very small. It has the smallest chicken tenders that I have ever been served. Skip the tenders unless small appetite.

We ordered from the drive thru. We decided to ask to add another side, however the cashier at the window told us that she cannot add an order due to they are on a timer and she would get in trouble. What?? So I guess being fast on the order is more important than making extra dollars and customer being satisfied. Go figure??

Who ever is the manager or operator of this KFC needs to hire more people, and pay staff more. EVERY single time I come here the resturaunt has been understaffed to hell and the only employees working are GOING AS FAST as they can to make up for the lack of staff. Treat your workers better and hire more people

Location is awkwardly positioned.Ordered famous bowls. Mashed potatoes and mac. Bowl portions seemed underserved. Food was luke warm. Guest service was pleasent.

This will never happen to me again. Credit or not. Chicken fried in old grease is extremely dark. That’s was my compensation for them being rude with bad service. I will make the 4 mile journey to another KFC when I want better service and chicken.
