I’ve eaten here a few times. I have several issues with this location.
My biggest gripe is the service, or lack thereof. The only primary interaction is via the ordering kiosk. If Coronel Sanders saw this, he’d flip his bucket lid. No one will acknowledge your presence, unless you block their path.
The server yelled my name to pick up my order, but then disappeared into the back, forgetting to also give me my drink cup. So I stand there and wait…for over 2 minutes. All the while, my food is getting cold
Why is more emphasis or priority given to drive-thru than customers in the lobby?
Why isn’t it possible for kiosks, if we’re forced to use, why doesn’t it issue a paper receipt? I don’t like giving out my phone number and/or email every time I ordere. I shouldn’t have to.
Customer service is long gone from fast food in general. But when prices are raised to the point of a sit-down restaurant level, I draw the line. At least in a sit-down restaurant, a server will take my order and bring it to the table.
The food quality was completely mired by the lack of service. I was so aggravated, I ate as fast as I could just to get out of there.
What is also peculiar to.me, is the fact that most of the 4/5 star reviews are from users with less than 3 reviews, telling me something isn’t right about the higher rated reviews.

The restaurant is clean, but no one was eating in, everyone was just waiting for their food to be prepared. My biggest concern was watching a male employee walk two different drive through orders out to cars in the parking lot and go right back to handling the food while wearing the same pair of gloves. Why bother wearing gloves at all if you’re going to touch filthy door handles and then go handle my food? Another male employee with shorter hair took his gloves off after coming back in from carrying an order out, so maybe a fluke maybe just one employee. Service is extremely slow here. Everytime I go through the drive through I’m told to park out front. I thought I’d try the app instead. It said it would be 20-30 minutes. Maybe 20-30 minutes isn’t long for some, but I didn’t want my food sitting for 10 minutes if it was on the shorter end. I guess I should have waited till after the time window because my food isn’t ready after 48 minutes according to their timeline and the app no longer shows my order being made. So, not sure if they’re lying to the app to meet numbers or if the app tracking function isn’t actually tracking anything but what time it is. The employee who changed his gloves correctly kept checking on everyone and was very polite, friendly, and apologetic for the wait.

First I want to say the food is decent. And it’s always super clean.
I don’t understand how their service is quite literally the worst I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. It took over a hour to get some pieces of fried chicken ,and that was after ordering ahead 30 minutes.
Then I order from there again for pick up ,and they forgot half the order . I’m really confused how that even happens. Since it was all on the receipt. I mean one item maybe ,but this was a family sized dinner which was missing half the order. It makes me think that it was intentional.

I just want to say the service in the afternoon vs at night is a stark difference. We walked in shortly after 7:15 pm and placed an order on the kiosk. It took several minutes to get anyone’s attention to pay cash. After we finally got someone attention they said the order didn’t go through and that we needed to place the order again as we started to order the guy tells us it will take 15- 20 minutes to make it ( on top of all the time it took to place the order and wait to get there attention) we took a look around and seen the dirty station and just decided to just leave. As we were walking out a young guy who worked there came me in reeking of cannabis makes complete sense why there was a lack of service

I Came and it’s 9:55pm 11/9/2025. I came to the location and was told they have no chicken wings, hot wings, and very limited on Chicken altogether. No dark meat no original only the extra crispy. The female was very adamant about what was available and what they could and could not do. This is the fourth time this location has done this.
When they want to go home they don’t want to make to much or do to much. I asked them to honor the online special mobile coupon and they refused it. She said the manager was Johnathan and he was going to cook the 6 hot wings. They tried to do everything in there power to not want me to order but I came and I was hungry. They just are looking to leave. I’m tired of this from my home KFC they don’t treat you right over here. I will be going to BBB with this complaint.

I rated today’s visit a 2 only because I waited for more than 30 minutes on a 16 piece meal, but I was notified at the window. Despite that, the food was on point. I try to avoid KFC as much as possible because their chicken has not been A1 lately, but the kids love it there. Our original bucket of chicken was fresh and tasted very well seasoned. The fries were delicious as well as the biscuits. Overall, I would’ve given it 4 stars if I didn’t wait longer than I should.
