It was dead but we got old food. We took a trip from El Paso but it was not worth it. We got charge $30 for a famous bowl meal and chicken sandwich meal and a lemon cake….was not worth it. We ordered 2 piece meals with Mac and cheese and slaw. One was correct was with mashed potatoes. We asked for honey got zip, no butter. 3 napkins, was not asked if we wanted dark or white meat. Ended up with 2 legs and a wing. Icebtea was on sweet one umsweet. You guessed it both were unsweetened. This is not the first time this has happened to us. I thought okay it will be perfect this time as I believe a corporate person there.

After waiting in line for the large family in front of me to order. The order taker walked away and started working on orders. I stood there waiting at least 5 minutes before a girl behind the counter finally looked at me then just went about her business. I was never greeted, never asked to give them just a moment, etc… I was just ignored. So, I walked out and ate at one of your competitors where I was able to order immediately. I was greeted, felt welcome and received my order quickly. All they had to do at KFC was acknowledge me and use their customer service skills to let me know they just needed a few more minutes, etc… instead I was just plain ignored.

We came thrue Ruidoso and decided to eat lunch at KFC, me and my husband both agreed the customer service was outstanding! We barley sat down our food was ready and we where a Family of 6 when I came to the counter to pick up our food they mentioned that they were out of biscuits and gave me 6 extra pieces of chicken instead, than a couple minutes into our meal they brought us fresh out of the oven biscuits at no extra cost. What!? Now a days this customer service is rare to say the least.
