I have gone to this location 4 times, they have screwed up my order every single time. First, I was missing some biscuits. No biggie, small mistake. Then I got a 8 piece bucket when I ordered a 12 piece. Mildly frustrating. Then I got spicy wings when I ordered normal, and they were extremely overcooked. Now, my most recent experience, they literally forgot half my order. I understand no one is perfect, but how do you miss half the order and then have the gall to tell your customers that they’re actually wrong and it’s your systems fault? Mind you, the same system that supposedly caused them missing half my order printed out my receipt perfectly correct, everything included.

Went in on a Tuesday for the legs and thigh special, staff told us it would be 35 minutes before anymore chicken was finished cooking, they over cooking that chicken big time if they cooking it for 35 min. Chicken takes 15-20 min (maybe 25 if frozen still) deep frying. It didnt look like there was a manager on shift and the staff was acting like they’re the only people who have ever worked for KFC. Tall cook kept giving dirty looks at us and the drive Thu girl who said 35 minutes both need to be sent through training maybe some customer service classes wouldn’t hurt..

I was treated very disrespectfully by the drive tru rushing me and to top it off, when I arrived home, half my order was missing AND my tenders were RAW! I have never in my life have been so discussed! They will never have my business nor my family’s ever again!

Tried the chicken and waffles at KFC and was seriously impressed! The chicken was hot, crispy, and juicy—everything you’d hope for. The waffles were golden and fluffy with just the right touch of sweetness, and when paired with the syrup, it was comfort food perfection. A fun and satisfying twist on classic flavors. I’ll definitely be back for this again!

I went in Wednesday, morning (Nov 12) about 10:15 to pick up an 8-piece bucket of chicken for myself and a couple of co-workers who were going to have to eat lunch on the fly. I ordered all dark meat — legs and thighs, specifically. When it came out, I opened the box and pulled the top piece of chicken out to make sure it was dark meat. (I can’t eat white meat chicken because I have no teeth and it is too tough.) It was a breast. I told the server I had the wrong order and she called the shift manager who told me that since I had touched the chicken I would have to pay for a replacement. I protested that THEY had made me the wrong order and I could not tell if it was a breast or a thigh without picking the piece up. The young lady (not) argued back and forth with me, but I was not going to pay another $32 for an order that they had screwed up. Finally, this so-called manager angrily got her tongs out and said “I’ll replace the pieces of white chicken,” and grabbed the tiniest, driest little old pieces of dark meat she could find, threw them into a box, shoved it at me across the counter and stalked away, ignoring my complaints of her rudeness. I have rarely been treated so rudely at an eating establishment and I will never set foot in that store again. I will wait for Popeyes to open, which is probably what I should have done to begin with.

I ordered online get there at specific set time order isn’t ready because they didn’t have nuggets…. Kids at the front tells me it’s gonna be about 5-10 maybe 15…. Another young man steps up and asks what’s wrong I explain… He steps away and comes back “MA’AM I CAN CUT UP SOME TENDERS IF YOUR OK WITH THAT BUT THE GRAVY IS BEING MADE FRESH AND HAS A COUPLE MORE MINUTES” My response “I’m cool with WHATEVER gets me my order quicker” not only did this young man step up , when there was a manager present who never acknowledged the situation….as a cook to the front counter he helped his coworker, guaranteed great customer service, with manners, Ezekiel, my man you deserve promotion and pay raise

This place is so unprofessional I don’t know how the manager is even still a manager! I ordered the number 10 I believe that it’s supposed to come with I believe 8 nugget only got five and then they charged me $10 and didn’t even fill up the fry carton. The manager here is so unprofessional I don’t see how he has all the pins on his hat. Lol. I would NOT go here if you’re looking for good food and good service!! Why would you keep your bathroom locked when you have handicapped people in there and it’s the middle of the day, use better judgment “manager”!
