It’s sad because I wanted to give kfc a good review because when I was a kid it was so good but this Clovis KFC is consistently bad. Chicken was extremely dry , bun was soggy , chicken nuggets were drier than sand and the lady at the desk forgot my sauce which isn’t a big deal but she had an attitude about it. I’ve been here probably 4 times and only 1 out of those 4 did they not forget something and the chicken is always just as dry. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but it’s really just as bad as everyone in the reviews said.

Worse food ever! We try and give them the benefit of the doubt, and it’s the only chicken place, so we go again. There’s always something wrong with our food. Chicken is very dry, fries are burnt and inedible, and the service stinks! I called the corporate office to complain not the Clovis store because they could care less about their screw ups or their customers. I wish they’d shut it down completely!! Cannot wait for Popeyes to open.

My son ordered Chicken Fried Steak for the family, it’s only available on Tuesday. He was told by the manager that they only had two and we’re not going to make any more. This was about 6 PM. He ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches with cheese. He has always ordered them with cheese. The manager said, no, we don’t do that. He also asked for extra cream gravy for the two chicken fried steaks. The manager said no, we don’t give out extra gravy. Another customer came in and said his order was wrong. The manager said nothing could be done because he left the store with the food. I will be tracking down the owner. I asked my son for the manager’s name, and he said the manager was not wearing a name tag. Rude beyond belief.

I spend $71 dollars for a 16pc meal and 4 drinks. They dont put dip sauce in there and never asked me if I wanted any, then the lady who brings me out the food, after sitting there for 10 minutes waiting, has the audacity to act as if asking for dipping sauce is my job to ask them. Then they dont even include plastic forks or napkins? Bunch of idiots at this place, and the chicken was dry af. Bunch of immature children with attitude problems and a old lady with a attitude problem.

WHAT A RIP OFF! Ordered 12 chicken strips only w/a Med Soda for $31. Several peices were little tiny nubs. I could have ordered two 8 peices for $20 (8=$10; 12=$28.99). They won’t tell you this and you can only order certain food configurations. Furthermore, the people are not very friendly. Something seems off with the people, manager, etc. People check your bills.

Horrible experience.. it was just after 8 with 2 hours left and they had only drumsticks and wings. It was only in regular no Krispy had to wait 10 minutes for Biscuits after they tried to get us to not take the Biscuits, cause they didn’t want to make more.. while there someone came in cause they charge him for stuff he didn’t order..but they didn’t know how to take it off his card..
