I came at 11:15 am but all the doors were locked. There was someone inside, but he gestured to me that they were only taking drive-through orders. (That was my best interpretation of what he meant, since his gesture also came close to a “you’re loco” hand twirl.

I have come here 5 times total in the last few months, and no matter what time of day it is, they always seem to be out of everything except fried chicken. I understand it is a friend chicken fast food joint, though how are they always out of every side, and chicken tenders, and chicken nuggets? How is over half the menu missing all the time. The workers are genuine and try, though it seems management is an issue. Never ordering enough supply. It is a disappointment to come here and I will probably not do it again.

I will never eat at this KFC again. The people who take the order and serve at the drive up window were extremely rude. I order a 3 piece tender and asked for sauce. They did not include it with the meal so I asked at the window. They gave me 1sauce. I asked for one more and they refused me adamantly. The man who took the order actually yelled at me saying “I know you work at Walmart. Good luck”. Whatever that meant it was not meant nicely. I do work at Walmart and am proud to do so. I would never yell at a customer like that. I certainly wouldn’t make a big deal out of getting one extra sauce. This KFC has been going downhill for a long time. If the owner sees this review I would advise you to get rid of the employees who work there. It is very evident that the are very unhappy working there. It’s really sad.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to!! The customer service is poor, the staff is extremely rude, the establishment looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, and when I finally got my food we did not receive half of what we ordered. Would not recommend going to this establishment at all!

Asked for 8 pc chicken they did not have available and got two individual meals. The checked was dry and looked like it had been there for awhile. Tasted like Jerry and the bread was undercooked and was like nothing but dough. The fries were like rubber and could bounce off the table. The food overall was awful. The drinks were ok. Overall this establishment has consistently served non appetizing food. Maybe it’s lack of employees but needs to get better. Top management should conduct an assessment of the food quality and service. Maybe new ownership with better food and service. I hate to complain but this happens alot with this KFC in Taos whenever I purchase food there. BUMMER. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe a Popeyes chicken would do better in Taos.

Terribly run restaurant. Like others have said, they will not provide sauce with tenders unless you pay more. We did, and they still stiffed us. Rude undertrained staff who could not get the rest of the order right.
Staff had music blasting in the background, making it hard for them to hear us order.
