The chicken was pretty good but could have been fresher and hotter. The biscuits and Mac & cheese were perfect. The huge, bright, white light shaped like a bucket of chicken in the middle of the dining room is too much; it is very white and bright in this KFC. I would eat here again.

This is to make KFC owners in Santa Fe NM aware that whoever is the management and staff working today the 5rh of January 2026 does not have ur ur best interest at heart. We were charged for food we did not get the person at the window was super rude and basicly chased us off when asking about our charges. The food is terrible! We just gave u money for nothing and it’s not the first time depending on the staff. I have given this place a good while to get back on track we will not be eating here any more and any one I can tell I will tell them stay away go to churches!

The drive-thru was busy but inside was not. I wanted my order to go. I ordered four thighs and potato wedges. They totally screwed up and I ordered. These potato wedges are mixed with other fries all of them and I mean every single one of them is bone dry like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for half a day. They gave me a four-piece meal two thighs and two drums, didn’t give me any coleslaw not that I ordered a meal because I didn’t. but they gave me a meal anyway but shorted me the coleslaw. Absolutely horrible.

It seems like for the past 3 years that I’ve ordered from this KFC specifically there is always 2+ items missing, and when i mention it to them they act bothered for some reason. They really got to check their staffs demeanor and fix that store up before its another business that closes down here in Santa Fe

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! Totally messed up our order thru their app. Didn’t give delivery driver 3 drinks and left out sauces. Chicken sandwich buns were HARD. Oh and they left out the plates I requested. Guess I should have checked the bad reviews…apparently take out isn’t much better. Amazing how they’re still in business. CHIC FILA from here forward!! GET IT TOGETHER KFC!!!

I’m genuinely amazed at how poorly this KFC operates. I attempted to place an order three separate times through DoorDash, and each time it was canceled because the store simply refused to make the food. The drivers were left waiting endlessly, which tells me this location has no regard for anyone’s time, not the customers and certainly not the drivers.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the store directly to see what was going on, but the phone line sounds like it’s been disconnected. Perhaps they forgot to pay their phone bill which, honestly, wouldn’t surprise me given how everything else seems to be run here.
This location gives the impression of a place that has completely given up. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Not busy at all. I was the only customer eating in. Ordering was easy and quick at the counter and the meal was handed out almost instantly after ordering. Food tasted all right.

Terrible experience I went just yesterday we waited in line for a very long time just to pickup our online order. When we finally reached the window they said our food still was not ready and if we could wait inside. We asked at the window how much longer the wait would be they said about 10 minutes. So we went inside one of the worker finally asked if we had been helped, we said how we were waiting for our online order. At that point they finally had the decency almost an hr later to say they were out of the food we ordered after we had already paid online. I witnessed them do the same thing to another person who had placed an order inside. Ultimately we had to ask for a refund because that is ridiculous waiting that amount of time for them to not even have the decency to say they’re out of what we ordered.
