We drove to NM for Thanksgiving vacation and passed Gallup. The food was served in good quality, especially hot and spicy wings tasted great. Stuffs are friendly and dressed in holiday customs. It is one of the best KFC restaurants I have visited.

Terrible customer service by the drive through. We just wanted some hot sauce after our order was given to us and the women at the drive through completely ignored us. She even closed the window even though she could clearly hear us and see us outside of the drive through window waiting for her. So sad customers have to receive this kind of customer service from such a great restaurant. A gentleman who was not even working the drive through came closer to assist us and apologized. I’m adding the video as proof what happened and to show the woman kept ignoring us on purpose. We love our KFC food, flavor was delicious like always, just that customer service was disappointing.

Our weekend dine-out options are limited and we always have coupons for KFC. I didn’t want to make the drive across town. So, I chose this location and I’m glad I did. I pulled up to the drive through, ordered, got my food in less than a few minutes. Including the discount from the coupon. Affordable. Fresh. And always a good choice for families of 3-4!

The food was fresh and very good and the employee was so nice. I dont know if he was a manager but he came to our table and offered to pick up our trash. Great service!

Shawn was AWESOME! Mary Pleasant and very helpful! Came up to take my order after I had been standing there already for a bit and no one else was paying any attention to me as the only person they’re trying to order inside the store. Sean even took the extra steps to do my fries with no salt because I am not supposed to have the salt for health reasons and honestly don’t like things that taste salty anyway so I truly appreciate that! I really like the Nashville hot chicken tenders. I do wish that they had green beans like it showed online as I really would have preferred something healthier than french fries but they didn’t have any healthy options here for the sides sadly
