Manager was quite rude. I walked up to counter to get my food and she pulled away the other food with attitude as if I would try to steal it. Then proceeded to reprimand the front counter attendant who was sweeping the dining area for not helping a lady who disappeared into the bathroom when her food was ready. That same attendant held the door for the elderly lady and was very nice. They should switch positions.

Placed online order. Gave them adequate time for order to be completed (we ordered crispy chicken bucket). We showed up and we were told that the order was already picked up. We mentioned we have not picked up the order so someone else must have taken it. We were told there’s nothing they can do but call the 1800 number. Mind you we’ve had an issue about a year prior for a 2 hour long wait. This time someone took our order without confirming it was theirs to take. Another case ticket placed through the 800 number and I’ve been told to expect a call or email. Very unfortunate the management team still cannot assist with orders placed through the mobile app. 0/5 stars if it were possible.

There was a long line of people waiting to place a order also people waiting for their food. Tables were dirty, floors dirty, and trash was full. People were wiping the tables themselves so they can sit and eat. The ice machine had no ice available. Only thing good about this location was it was recently updated which looks good.

The food was hot, it came out quickly and the price was right 5 dollars for the fill up. It was takeout but the table area looked like it could use some tlc. The employees were somewhat hurried. It was dinner time in fairness to them.

Got our order through the drive thru and Aleia was our cashier and she was very rude with giving directions on where to wait for our food. Food is good here but customer service sucks

Stopped in while traveling and like going somewhere new. The store (including the bathroom) was clean, and the employees were very friendly. The young man taking my order was patient with my questions and made sure my order was correct. He suggested the pot pie, which was good. I prefer the old-fashioned fried chicken, mashed potatos with gravy and cole slaw.
