Three times I have come here, and three times they were out of extra crispy chicken. Last time I got the regular chicken, which was soggy and greasy. This time, I ordered the chicken strips in this picture. Shriveled, tough and overcooked. For $8.69, I would have been better off going to literally ANY other chicken strip place. Never eating here, ever again.

I don’t usually go to KFC drive thru but I needed something quick. I drove thru this location and ordered a #3. They told me they only had crispy, and only breast and wings. Okay! Not a problem. Then the kid asked what I wanted on the side…. I don’t know the sides so I asked what they were. The manager comes on and spouts them out. I asked for two, not remembering I only got one. The manager barked at me and said ” So you want the big meal with two sides?” I apologized and said no just the one. Then I asked for a Dr. Pepper which the manager also rudely stated they don’t carry coke products. My bad! I get up to the window and the manager never looked at me, I apologized for messaging the order up, manager didn’t even acknowledge that I said anything. My card didn’t run the first time and was told “gimme the card again”. I passed the card to her again and offered another card if that would go through. The manager ignored everything I said. She gave me my food and I thanked her but she just walked away. I rarely go to KFC so I probably won’t be returning to that one if I have to grab a bite.

These tenders are so overdone.They have been there forever.You can tell they’re dry and disgusting and they’re so served them to me. I didn’t want to eat them because I didn’t want to get sick. The pot pie was okay, but it was old as well. You could tell when I cut into it. Everything was very Granny instead of creamy like the gravy, should be. The drive to the Guy Was Nice.That’s not his problem but it should have been a quality check before it hit the window. It was expensive meal I expected better.

I came through the drive through at 8:30 Pm Sept. 5th. They aren’t supposed to close until 10 and yet they were out of every single entree on the menu. All they had were pre made side dishes for purchase. Blown away that KFC is out of chicken. The drive through worker was absolutely rude about everything. He shoved my bag at me like I inconvenienced him. I ordered fries because they were available and I got a mix of fries and wedges which were cold and stiff. I’m very displeased with this restaurant and do not recommend going here.

I ordered chicken tenders. They were out but we’re making a new batch, ready in 8 minutes. I was told to drive around to the front and they would bring them out to me. 20 minutes later I walked inside, to find they had completely forgotten about me and had no clue what i had ordered, it wasnt ready, and was no longer in queue.

Went through the drive through last night, was given the wrong drink to begin with and did not receive a receipt. Cashier was rude. When we got home realized part of the order was wrong. The fries were hard and old. The chicken on my sandwich was very dry and overcooked, and seemed like they gave us the old food sitting out for a long period of time. Tried to call and nobody would answer the phone. After trying for an hour and a half I gave up. I have young kids and it is hard to bundle them up in the cold weather just to go back to the restaurant to complain about food. Spent well over 20 dollars and will never go there again because of this experience.

Place an online order at 4:20ish for 6 pm pick up. Arrive for pick up, get told its a 20 minute wait, and there out of pot pies. I choose to not wait. Wait the over half hour on there AI Chatbot to get to a person, since I can’t just cancel the order as the store clicked it finished, for a refund, and told they have to wait to contact the store first, so sometime next week, if I’m lucky, to get my money back for a refund. Location has been going downhill, but this has been by far the worst experience.

10/14/25 1pm. Fire every staff member in there except the older gentleman who was the only person who was great. Gave me the wrong drink, made me wait 20 minutes in the parking lot waiting on tenders. Forgot my ranch and hot sauce, my whole thing of fries were clumped up. That whole crew sucks. (Except for the older gentleman)

I went to the KFC on eubank and menaul with my coupons that I just recently got in the mail so I ordered the 14 keys for 2099 and was told that the coupon is not in the system. So I was like is there any way you can make an exception because we drove all the way over here and we just want you to honor the coupon. She said no and she washed very rude about it! We asked if there was any way possible that she can make an exception being that that’s false advertisement. She claimed I was yelling at her which I wasn’t I was talking through the speaker through the drive-thru once again she was very rude I’m so glad that I went through the drive-thru and not inside because I probably wouldn’t be here making this review. I asked to speak to a manager as I pulled away from the drive-thru box and I stopped at the window to ask to speak to a manager and she was like I’m a manager and would you please stop yelling at me and she was like you know what have a nice day and just slam the window in my face. I tried to get her name but she’s the manager that’s on shift at 4:40 p.m. on Friday September 26th 2025. I I haven’t dealt with KFC for almost 2 years because they teach you out of your chicken they give you little pigeon pieces so I thought I would give him a try again and this is how I get treated. I am truly disappointed with how I was treated and the customer service that you guys offer it is horrible that someone who works in customer service talk to their customers and treat them that way. If it was my establishment I would have honored the coupon, even if it wasn’t in the system.they should have put that on the paper that all the other coupons on the paper are active except for the 14 piece for 20.99 that’s like I thought she was just joking with me or something but, nope we drove away with no chicken and very angry!! Someone needs to rectify this problem but the main problem is your manager that was on duty. She needs to take a course in customer service because her attitude freakn succs.they never should have included it with the rest of the coupons!! #truly disappointed and feel discriminated against!! Fix this problem please!!

I went yesterday on a Tuesday all my chicken fried steaks where dried they ran out of coleslaw so we got mashed potatoes and sweet corn they gave us double mash potatoes! Kfc had low workers they don’t know what they were doing Never again!
