I went through the drive thru just now on my way home from work! I was so excited for chicken tonight! I get home and grab a plate. I set everything out, and there’s no chicken! They said, “have a good night,” so I left. Now, I have all these sides, no chicken and no biscuits! Tried calling, no one answered. Never going back! I guess dinner tonight is coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Thanks KFC!

Got the five pieces tender meal and the 3 pieces tender meal the three pieces was wrong regular bone in chicken and the five pieces these have got to be the saddest tenders I’ve ever gotten any where the Pic is of the biggest tender in the box 27 dollars i was better off going to mc Donald’s and getting a 20 piece

I ordered online for a 6 piece meal, with 6 tenders, two large sides (mashed potatoes and fries), 4 biscuits and an extra two pieces of chicken with an extra biscuit and extra side of mashed potatoes. I ordered at 8:30pm and I had my husband pick it up on the way back from work. They told him they were a little short on chicken and substituted with a pot pie. They never explained to him what he was substituted for! He said ok. When he got home finally it was almost 9:20. They gave me the sides (both mashed potatoes, no fries) the biscuits, one pot pie and THREE SMALL WINGS. NO TENDERS EITHER. How does one pot pie equal to 6 tenders and 5 pieces of chicken??? How did they not think to reach out and contact me for my order? I could’ve cancelled and ordered from a different KFC. But no, I had to race over, ask for a refund only to find out THEY CAN’T refund mobile orders and I have to go through the app! They then gaslit me telling me they explained to my husband what I ordered and what they didn’t have. He said they never did that, they never showed him the receipt and my order did not come with a receipt. It was a horrible experience! I mean I would get it if it was close to closing when I ordered, but I ordered nearly an hour and 20 minutes before closing! Not to mention they didn’t even box the pot pie, they just threw it in a bag and called it a day. Terrible service, terrible management, and all around zero accountability. Believe all these one star reviews! DO NOT EAT HERE. I’ve worked at a KFC and let me say we’ve never done anything like this to anyone. How could someone even think that is right to substitute that small amount for a whole FAMILY MEAL? And then defend that worker who knew what she was doing. When the manager had no idea this even happened.

Order was completely messed up. Ticket listed 8pc chicken, two famous bowls, & a large mac & cheese. What was actually in the bag was a 2pc chicken & two small mashed potatoes. How does an order get that screwed up??

Ordered through the app. Only one of the orders of nuggets (8) showed up. Missing sauces.
App also indicated Order was ready, but had to wait 45 min extra.

If I could give negative stars, I would!! Don’t eat here!! Placed an order online, and they forget the chix strips, 4 biscuits & lg fries. Plus, I found a bone in my pot pie. Mgr. on duty, doesn’t know how to control the staff by making rude comments saying that we’re lying and that we received the whole order and we already got a lot of food. Hello!! Were the paying customer! Called into customer service, and I’m only getting refunded $21.02 for a $46.89 meal. I tried this place again, thinking they changed, but apparently not! Last time, they had maggots in their mashed potatoes and couldn’t deny it. Never again!!

I ordered the gravy fest chicken strip meal. I got three skinny dried out tough chicken strips. They were pretty inedible. The only thing that was good were the gravy three large types of gravy more than enough for three tiny chicken strips. I will never eat here again

No crispy chicken. No family box menu. Chicken was smelling like old oil. Cheese curds were old and cold. Fries the same. No fresh food at all. I asked for the number of general manager but was not given to me. For all I paid the only good thing was the soda. No joke.

Erick over charged me! ordered 5 honey barbecue drum sticks which is $10 + tax. He charged for a 4 piece plus 1 which was $13 plus tax. I’ve ordered 5 individual drum sticks several times before without issue. ERICK needs to work on his attitude and customer service

Ordered the Festive pot pie meal. Didn’t get that until I asked that I did ordered that. Stated I didn’t then gave me the rest of the meal. Ordered fries seems they were there all day. Food needs to be fresh. Not sitting there all day.
