All the food was delicious. Service was very good and everyone was very friendly. Had 3 different employees say hello and ate in and the employees were equally friendly to other customers. The Lucy was cleaned and well maintained and very inviting overall. Prices are also great!!! Cheaper than a burger and fries at McDonald’s!!! My total for two pieces of chicken, a side and a biscuit plus a large Dr. Pepper was under $7 with tax!!!

Manager Emery and his work crew workers being very rude service gave me uncooked food for me and my family. Wanted to return it for a new order but the manager said it was our fault. Saying we are losing him money from his chicken orders being returned. I show him the food but he said we were ripping him off he also wanted to get the police involved. I suggest don’t eat at this KFC worst service ever.

The service is slow and the indoor dining is so rare it’s a gamble each time if the front doors are open or not if I wanted to gamble I’d buy a scratch card from loves it’s not better at the drive in in my opinion it’s better to place an order a day before or a week before for good measure p.s it sucks

I wonder if this KFC is in business to sale chicken, or run business off. The employee was very rude, and everything I tried to order, I was told I couldn’t order it the way I wanted it. What I did order, when I got home, was not what I ordered. Also, charged for a drink that I didn’t order. Very bad experience all the way around.

Twice I have ordered and paid for meals on the app. Twice have I been disappointed. First the order was missed and they sold out. Today ordered lunch pot pies and was told order ready. Part way there I get a call saying they were out. The problem is the corporate folks and getting a refund. Trying to cancel my subscription is another issue. When you call the 800 number, they argue and interrupt. I would be in trouble if I ran my business that way.

The food was absolutely terrible, we stopped on our way through town and got tenders and fries. Both of which were very old and had apparently been sitting under the heater for a long time. The food was basically inedible, even my toddler couldn’t eat it. And the soda was awful like the flavoring needed to be changed 0/10 recommend.

Did an online order for pickup. Arrived and the dine in was closed, from what a family member told me it’s been closed for weeks. They have cones blocking off the parking spots and the doors were locked. Per my online order the order was ready when I arrived…. Instead I had to wait 25min in the drive through line for an order that was ready the whole time….
