Jaqui needs to improve her customer service skills. There’s a problem when even a child is flustered by the attitude, poor customer service and feels the need to speak on it. Truly, we don’t complain, always respectful to establishments, their employees and very understanding of what being in customer service is like, but the interaction at the drive thru was completely disrespectful, unprofessional and uncalled for. In addition, I asked for my order not to be rounded and it was anyways, which I did not notice until we got home- it’s not a lot but still not okay.

Went to get some food yesterday with my wife, a cook named Jeremy was freaking out in the back and you could tell his coworkers were very unconfortable. We grabbed our order and they forgot sauce so my wife asked for it and he was disrespectful, unprofessional and very very rude. This guy should not be working in any place that deals with the public. How he is working anywhere that deals with people is beyond me. I genuinely feel bad for his coworkers as he was just as disrespectful to them as he was to everyone else.

The staff at this KFC is so busy on their phones that they can’t take people’s orders at the register. Not all the people that eat at KFC use the App and forcing your customers to place their own orders is stupid. Worst customer service in the cottonwood area. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Monday 3 March 2025 This recent visit (drive-through) was to pick up an after work meal. My usual is the 3 piece dark with 2 sides with a cup of ice. This less than $11 meal is worth every penny. The extra chrispy chicken is really crunchy on the outside, but tender meaty under the crust. Also, the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and tasty. Not salty at all. My second side was coleslaw, which is being saved for a snack later today, Tues, 4 March, with the leftover drumstick. Lastly, to mention the drive-through attendant. She is usually there when I visit and is always courteous. KFC is a worthwhile visit for a quick meal.
