The crew on the closing shift are by far the best group of folks I’ve dealt with in any KFC on the north side. Damien, in particular, make sure I got the order that I wanted even though I could just tell that everybody really wanted to go home. This location doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, there’s been a lot of improvement and it shows!

We went through the drive thru and after we paid they said an 8 minute wait for biscuits we waited about 10 minutes then when we got home they forgot the Cole Slaw I called rite away and no answer what so ever. After numerous calls and no answer I went back there, which was an inconvenience for me, and they gave me the cole slaw and I ask if their phone worked and he said probably but it’s in the office and the door is closed so contact is not a concern to anyone there. Very sad that they didn’t care.

Waited in drive through for an unusually long time. The person taking the order was rude and abrupt. The order took a long time and when we received our order ALL the chicken was over cooked. The chicken strips were very small and so hard it was difficult to bite through them. A total waste of time and money. We will not be returning.
