Is the second time I’ve been at KFC this is a completely different location and it just isn’t what it used to be. I had the spicy chicken sandwich asked for mayo on it it came with none. My wife had the chicken strips I tried one didn’t like it. And I love fried chicken fried chicken is my favorite food. My wife said there was no toilet paper and the women’s bathroom when she took the baby in there to use the bathroom. The lobby in this place was amazing though I will give him that nicely decorated and very clean. So I’m giving three stars

Let me start by saying the did was good. KFC is usually pretty consistent, no matter where you are. This particular store has the kiosks. But, If I walk in an there’s anyone standing at our near the counter, I’d like to be acknowledged. Everyone doesn’t want to order at the kiosk and shouldn’t have to. Also, for years I’ve been receiving the KFC deals via text. Very few KFCs know how to redeem these for guests. The manager here said he has to call a higher manager to get approval to give the discount. Why does KFC send these out if no store can scan the coupon or knows what to do with it? This seems to be an issue with many KFCs, not just this one.

I ordered an 8 piece original meal. I received 5 legs and 3 thighs. My Husband only likes white meat. The biscuts were old and dried out. It will be a wile before I try this again. $32. And we were so disappointed

I recently visited this KFC location after avoiding KFC for a while due to past bad experiences, but this visit completely turned things around! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch Reynaldo and Joy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their friendliness and professionalism made the experience one of the best fast-food visits I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mia took my order. She was courteous. The staff was prompt with my chicken sandwich, and a young man asked how if my food was good. Everyone was happy there and it was a very good atmosphere. I asked for the managers name. They told me her name was Joy. That’s a perfect name. I give her and her staff kudos. Thank you!!!

Nice and friendly. The food was just what it should be fresh and hot. The manager, Joy, was friendly and nice as well as the staff.
The radio station iHeartRadio, background music was very uplifting and casually positive. We would put more pictures, but we ate the food. It was so delicious. I almost almost left. It was a couple of nice succulent chicken strips that we are going to take for a snack later to our hotel. Thank you all for doing your jobs!

Picked up my order for 3 people. Ordered 2 chicken pot pies and a 5 piece hot honey nugget combo. Never checked order before I left. BIG MISTAKE. The ‘chicken pot pies’ were nothing but SLOP…..instant mashed potatoes on the bottom with brown paste, ‘gravy’? around the edges, canned corn and cheese whiz in the center of the bowl, topped with 5 dried up chicken nuggets on top. The honey nuggets were all dried up with a bit of sweet taste, very mild hot seasoning. Would have taken the whole mess back and asked for a refund, $27.53 with tax, but it is a long drive there and back.

I know that times are tough but this is ridiculous. I spent $11 and change for 4 piece of fragmented chicken tenders a side (mashed potatoes are cheap dehydrated potatoes that look like fish flakes smh with disgust and after your 3 mouthfuls you can’t even call it real gravy)when it’s powder stored into water.) The smallest biscuit which is never served with honey or that gross cheap butter flavored spread. Need I remind everyone flour is the main ingredient here Cheap to make KFC food the mark up here has to be higher than popcorn. Cheap because there meals are portioned out for a child. And this all comes with a drink please…. (ice tea is cheap to make. save your money circle K is on the way.). Don’t waste your time the food is much like eating paper. Tasteless and will leave you hungry minutes later. The food is not worth the price . I won’t be back for the simple fact that I can get better food else where for the amount I paid. It’s not about the price until the price is way too high for the product.
Trust me my camera phone made this look bigger than what I really got. SMH but not surprised that the CEO lines their fat pockets from this garbage they pass off as food. Panda Express is across the street from this location go eat there they charge less give you decent portions and taste great. Mod Pizza again Across the street they allow you to put as much as you want on your pizza you build it your way they cook it in less than 10 minutes and you walk out getting a box there’s too many choices of food out there people you don’t need this one banquet TV dinners taste the same and they’re much cheaper…

I have been at this store several times and everything I go here with my family, service is always phenomenal. Chicken is tasty and delicious. This place is pretty clean. Staff is always smiling and happy to work here. Prices are a little steep but it’s always worth it. Amazing people amazing food!
