This KFC was the best I think I’ve been to in a long time as a truck driver. I’ve been to many that are outright disgusting. The front counter worker was amazingly kind had the best smile and made my night! She didn’t hesitate to answer all my goofy little questions she was genuinely so friendly. The lobby was clean, spotless even! And the service and food was delicious. I went back for seconds! And those fluffy biscuits amazing!!

Literally blood on the food. Cashiers hand was cut, if you visited 1/13 around 4pm there’s a big chance there’s blood on your food too. They were made aware and continued to serve customers.

I feel for the employees. Obviously understaffed. Have one person working the front doing all online, delivery and walk up orders. But they are not very organized. There were 5 orders partially filled sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting for the rest of the food. My chicken was cold by the time I got my food. I waited 35 minutes. Ordered at 4:45 pm and finally got my food at 5:20 pm. I am not exaggerating, I waited a full 35 minutes. Didn’t get any of the sauces I requested with the order or the specialty drink I had paid for but at that point I just wanted to leave. Very disappointing.

I just want to say great job KFC in Benson for rockin it. I ordered my food on the app. I got everything I ordered, the food was hot, and delicious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I will be going back, especially on Tuesdays for the 8.00 buckets. Keep up the great work!!!!

I stay at Motel 6 across the street from KFC .Walked there this evening to get a large Coleslaw. After receiving it. Container is came in was barely half full. Had to ask staff member to add more to make it a large Coleslaw I paid for. When I got back to my motel room. Coleslaw barely had any dressing. Was mainly just the Slaw. Barely any dressing VERY DISAPPOINTED. Recommend checking order before leaving. Definitely wasn’t worth the little over 5 bucks I had to pay.Especially after walking to get it

Years ago KFC was a good thing – 10 piece Bucket all dark meat $8.50 and it tasted good. Fast forward 15 Years – Chicken pieces are smaller to much breadcrumb meat is to greasy barely any spice flavor.

Upon entering a young man standing in line waiting. We waited. My husband shouted out hello after STILL waiting. An employee came out, the young man waiting asked for a sauce, then your employee told me… “there is a kiosk over there to place your order but I’ll take it”, Im not using a kiosk, I’ll leave. He repeated he would take my order, we are traveling been on the road and chose to stop at KFC. My husband husband hungry so I gave this employee my order. I failed to order a drink, so I did, he gave it to me “on him”. This part was cool… but to force an old lady to use modern technology to place order, I’d rather LEAVE! There are other places to eat!

Won’t go back. I went for dinner, ordered the chicken sandwiches for two of us and a side. I was told they wouldn’t honor the $3.99 sandwich as they decided to pull the ad that day, even tho it stated it on the sign and the website. I even showed it to the kid. Asked for a manager and he said absolutely not with an attitude. Keep your chicken KFC with customer service like that, I will go elsewhere.

6:30pm on a Saturday. Out of chicken nuggets, out of macaroni & cheese, out if jalapeños, out of matty bowls. Fountain machine leaked out water while trying to fill mountain dew. After waiting 20+ minutes, frys were luke warm, chicken was hard and dried out. We left and went across the street.
