Ordered a 3pc meal and 2 famous bowls. Took 25min to serve me and in that time they served 3 other people in the drive thru wait area before me. Food was okay, little cold and at least the employees were nice. I had to go inside and ask one of the employees about my order which they just started making once I asked, 20min later.

Completely unacceptable for the food to be delivered this way. It looks like someone ate half of my chicken bucket and ate the skin off most of the others. I’ve tried reaching out but cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund l. I used the kfc app. Complete waist if u want your order right. The bag was UNSEALED unlike my last 3 orders. They got those wrong too but the bag i received was sealed every time but this time. Im never ordering again from this place. Complete health hazard especially with my autoimmune disease. This place needs a health inspection if they think serving food that looks like this is ok.

Waited 40 minutes parked. Came inside told me it was only going toing to be 5 more minutes.waited another 30 minutes. Then girl manager with glasses does NOT know how to run a shift. So I waited a total of more than 1.5 hours and I still didn’t get my food I ordered because “they ran out” so it was going to be more of a wait.

By far, the best KFC experience I have had in over 20 years. I used to work at KFC back in 2001 unfortunately went to prison for a little bit came out and service was garbage, food was garbage or rather the people working there just lazy. I used to go to one on 91st and Union and really didn’t even wanna come here tonight, but I called placed an order and I believe the kids name was Kayden, but he was super respectful, professional, and when I showed up, he had food ready, offered to drop fresh fries for my pregnant wife, offered sauces and ketchup and apologized for the minor wait, which was no longer than five minutes. And that’s only because of the courtesy he allotted me. Don’t know who this kids manager is, but if you read this, that kids going places and whoever else was in shift that night! Thanks for restoring my faith in Colonel Sanders lol

This is hands down the worst KFC I’ve ever had. I ordered online, so I can’t speak to the in-store service or atmosphere, but judging by the food, I can only assume the service isn’t great either. The potato wedges were dry, hard, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. Everything was cold except for a few pieces of chicken that were barely warm and honestly felt like they’d been reheated in a microwave. The chicken was tough, dry, and not even the type I ordered. The only thing that was edible was the coleslaw, and that’s probably because it comes cold anyway. Truly disappointing, worst food I’ve ever had from a KFC.

I spent 40 bucks on what I thought was gonna be an easy dinner. They had us wait 10 mins for wings. Waited almost 20, got food and went home, then realized we were missing the wings that we waited on! Called. Went back a little later to grab the wings. Told to wait 10 mins for “fresh wings” wait 25 and go in, everyone looked confused. Then I watched them throw wings out of some compartment and into a box. They were not fresh at all! I am extremely disappointed in my service. I will be making a point to everyone that I talk to that this location looks nice on the outside but is a joke on the inside.

They have a 2 piece dinner available for $5.00 dollars. That is awesome and the food was great. Very clean and nice workers. I highly recommend this restaurant. Woot!!
