I ordered 20 Hot Spicy Wings, but the chicken was dry and tough. There was way too much batter, and it was over-fried. Chewing it felt like I was eating nuts, and it was extremely salty. It tasted completely different from the Spicy Wings at other KFC locations.

I ordered our food on the app at 4pm, and around 15m, they marked my order ready to pickup. When I asked about my order, they said they were waiting on the chicken. 30m pass, nothing. 45m pass, and they say still working on the order. In the meantime, other people came in after me and got their food. And making the chicken doesn’t take 1 hour, especially when that’s the main thing on your menu. At 1 hour, they say they are getting the soda. We asked to speak to a manager. He did not seem to care at all as to why it would take 1h to complete a simple order. When we asked to cancel/refund, he said you have to do that in the app. When we asked how to do that, he said he didn’t know. He still had to check on our order, because the soda was still taking more than 5m. When we got home, most of the food was cold, and we knew we couldn’t trust the chicken, as it most likely would be undercooked. I will never go to this location again! Go to another KFC! It will be more worth your time!

Passed by this KFC many times, and today, I decided to stop in and order. The atmosphere inside was nice, and the Cashier Yomi seemed nice.
The problem: Arrived home and began to dig in and, unfortunately, after spending $71.16 for a 16pc meal. The chicken was so damn dry, and the biscuits definitely were not fresh. The biscuits were super dry. So disappointing. I also added two A La Carte pot pies. I hope they taste good.

Don’t eat at this location go elsewhere!!!So we went Saturday the 7th between 6 PM and 7 PM there was no line. We ordered a family meal and Chicken was dry and hard. I even tore some pieces apart just to get the chicken inside still really dry like it sat there all day. It was supposed to be original what we got looks like crispy. It could’ve been original just Old this store really needs supervision. On the quality that gets put out this store to spend $60-$70 on a dinner meal and for the chicken to be so dry it’s ridiculous.

RUN THE OTHER WAYY!!! ordered to dine in then 5 mins after ordering we are told they are out of the item we paid extra for. To fix it they put a tiny spot of spicy mayo on my sandwich to “ switch it to spicy”. Fries COLD!. Then to top it all of they hand us our bagged food ( that was supposed to be done in) but no drink. Had ordered a dirty doctor pepper payed like 4 dollars. And had to tell them what I got. Most people have worked fast food we all know there are good days and bad days but come on.

I had a great experience at this KFC thanks to Anthony and Steffany! Both were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my order was fresh and exactly right. Anthony greeted me with a smile and kept the line moving quickly, while Steffany double-checked everything and made sure I had what I needed before I left. It’s rare to find staff who are this attentive and courteous. They made my visit smooth and enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back!

My recent visit was disappointing. The night crew came across as quite unprofessional, and management seemed uninterested in resolving issues. Despite having three employees on shift, they were unwilling to prepare what I asked for. I requested to fill up a 3-piece chicken tender box for $7, but they only offered a 2-piece instead. This all happened right at 9:00 p.m., which made the experience feel unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the team improves their customer service moving forward.

Maybe tell your employees to speak up louder on the mic. Rushing you to get your order. Sounds like he was high.

If you go after 8pm employees are sitting outside smoking and say they are out of everything and not cooking anything. Happened 4 times so I stopped trying. So today around 3 pm I went and got a 4 piece with wedges and I wasted my $15. The chicken was extremely dry and tough and the wedges were old and hard. I couldn’t finish it and had to throw it away because it was hurting my teeth. Even the soda is flat

I went through the drive thru and I ordered an 8pc family meal mixed. They had me park and literally waited about 30 minutes. The girl Steph was really trying but it seems that they were severely understaffed. When I got home, I come to find that my order is not mixed but only thighs…..literally only thighs. The mashed potatoes had no gravy and the chicken was under cooked. It was the worse experience. I was not expecting this type of disappointment from a fairly new location. I would not recommend this location to anybody. To top it off, the store phone number listed on the receipt was for a store in Tucson not the right location in Tolleson. I need a refund for sure.
