My husband went through a drive-through and purchased two pot pies when he returned home with the pot pies. Both pot pies were pretty dry and empty on the inside with maybe a tablespoon of filling.
I called the KFC and the manager requested that we returned the pot pies.
We were given two more pies and when he returned home we found the same issue.
I called back to the store the manager stated that they’re only allowed to put one scoop in each pot pie now, I’m curious how big is the scooper?
I also called the 800 number for KFC and filed a complaint, the representative that answered the 800 number said someone would be reaching out to me.
As of 24 hours ago, I have not received a response from that corporate office.
We were not compensated for the gas or time that was wasted going back-and-forth three times, nor were we compensated for the pot pies.

Horrible experience!
My chicken wasn’t properly cooked and most of the crispy was falling apart, even some chicken pieces didn’t have crispy skin.

We get sick after a couple bites.

To Whom It May Concern,

I recently visited a location to purchase food for a celebration of life. I spent over $250-$300 dollars on food minimum. I was ridiculed and made fun of for buying that much food. They stated that my order would be out soon and that they would prioritize the order. They made us wait for 2 hours and we arrived very late to the event. One employee stated very loudly we were not allowed any plates, napkins, silverware nor sauce. Another employee went and provided those items despite their coworker ridiculing us. I am disappointed in my experience and it took me a while to even want to leave a review as we are grieving. Overall, 0/10 experience; we don’t usually purchase food from this chain due to these experiences.

I was passing by and my son wanted to eat there, but the service was terrible. The young woman was attending to her boyfriend, ignoring the other customers. We stood in front for more than 10 minutes waiting for napkins, and the young woman was returning the biscuits with her bare hands, without gloves, and eating in line.

I should’ve known when I walked in and another customer was having a difficult time with the female cashier that my experience would be bad. I ordered using the app and at the completion of my order it said to allow 20-30 minutes for my order to be ready due to the quantity of food and frying time. I’m thinking I’ll get freshly fried chicken. 4 minutes later my order was ready. I make the 3 minute drive pick up my order and attempt to place an order in- store. The female at the register obviously hates her job because there is no smile, no greeting, just blank stare waiting for you to tell her your order. But, just my luck No white meat.. on a Sunday afternoon? This is only the 3rd time I’ve visited this restaurant, the first time was during their grand opening week where service was great but the food was not, 2nd time maybe 6 months later and they had no white meat then either… that’s management’s fault, anyhow, I take my order home only to find stale old dry chicken tenders, cold fries with a long black curly hair in them. I just threw it all away. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Finally a new crew and manager at this site. Things are finally moving better. Manager Steven was helpful every step of the way. We gave up on this store because lack of service and crew attitudes. Old crew took 45 minutes to get a meal . New crew took 41/2 minutes what a diffence. Manager even brought the food to the table.

Should have gone to Popeye’s. If I could leave no stars I would. They refused to make the chicken sandwich my husband had ordered, because supposedly the promotion was over, but yet it was still on the menu board and kiosk. The attendant didn’t read the ticket where we had two drinks and it said I wanted an unsweetened tea. I had to ask for unsweetened tea. When we got food home, found potato wedges basically just thrown in the bag and my “Nashville Hot” wings were tossed in flavorless grease. They had a for hire all positions sign at the kiosk. Yeah, I can see why they are hiring for all those positions. The management must seriously suck. Obviously, they don’t care about the product they are producing. Corporate needs to get a handle on that store and start from the top down.

I was waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes for a 3 pc meal. When I was finally Albert to get my food, the Pepsi with cold form I ordered wasn’t given to me instead they gave me an empty cup and walked away, all the soda fountain options were mostly carbonated water. I was hoping for a quick dinner after a 12 hour shift. That didn’t go well, I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve been going to KFC for over 50 years, and honestly, I am so disappointed in the Company. They do not give you true size chicken pieces anymore. The extra crispy and original does not taste the same. Maybe because the coating is alot ” less than” what it used to be. The customer service was okay but, I like when employees engage with the customer, not the ” service kiosks” that they have now. The shop was clean and all the employees looked the part. However, they ran out of white meat in both original and crispy and that was frustrating because it was dinner hour and should have been prepared for the rush. All in all, I do not think I will be going to KFC due to the culture and food that has changed over the years. It’s not just KFC, it’s everywhere. Such a shame.

I don’t usually leave a review but this had to be the worst fast food chain I’ve been too. No joke. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got nuggets in between two buns ????? Can’t make this up. I was missing 3 Items from my order. Once I came back to the store they said they were out of everything. How a chicken store out of chicken. Make it make sense….
