6:15 PM on 12/15/25: We came inside to place our order on the kiosk, which included two biscuits, one separately and one as part of a meal. An employee announced to us (and everybody else) that it would be a 10 minute wait for the biscuits. We chose to wait. She later made another announcement and offered pie poppers instead of biscuits (nor even another side, as another customer asked for) but we still chose to wait for the biscuits, and that must have bothered them. It was easy to hear employees gossiping in the kitchen, about us and how “people would rather wait” instead of taking an easy option. Well yeah, we want what we actually paid for.
Our food came in about 10 minutes as promised, but the individual biscuit was SMASHED. It was definetely done by a person, and it matches with the employees being annoyed that we chose to wait. The food was good otherwise, but it’s too bad there’s always something wrong, and the customer service usually keeps me far away from here. Even when the lady said it was “no problem” that we chose to wait and not take a substitute, you know that’s not what they hoped you’d say. I know it’s all too common at this establishment.

I just ordered today 12/22/2024. I got the $10 4 piece chicken deal, but maybe I wrong to assume that I thought I was getting 2 legs and 2 thighs since thats what was advertised. Instead I got a leg, thigh, breast and wing. Unfortunately I don’t like white meat. I also went to take the food out the bag, and it spilled out all over my bed. Most of the breading fell off the chicken. This is very disappointing. I feel the food could have been packaged better than it was. I’m very displeased.

I went to this KFC the other day and the service there was awesome! I ordered a four piece chicken and it came out hot & fresh. The new manager there is really nice and I’m glad to see a change there! I will be coming back soon!

The food was good. As good as can be expected from a fast food joint. However… The service was so good, after I finished my food I went and asked for the name of the guy that served me. Nate did a great job, my order was complicated and I’m admittedly picky but he made it right. I would honestly return just for the service. It’s refreshing when fast food guys take pride in customer satisfaction. Great job Nate!

Ordered hours before scheduled Closing time. When arrived to pick up order they were out of every side except fries and corn. Workers were super unprofessional at the counter. Blaring music and arguing about who had to make what order and arguing with a non employee friend about how

Chaos, order food at 6:15 didn’t get food til 7:15. Staff was overworked due to a kfc being closed and online orders sent their. Indiana school closed dysart had to take it. Drive thru backed up 12 set of people in store waiting 30 minutes and more. KFC get your act together shame on the owners for letting this happen. If you can’t staff your stores you don’t deserve the franchise.
