So this review has nothing to do with service as much as it does about the quality of the overall establishment. I ordered two items: a famous bowl and a chicken nugget meal. I started on the bowl. I found that they used the chicken nuggets (the same one in my nugget order) instead I chicken like they used to. The nuggets were over cooked and dry. There was way more mashed potatoes than chicken. The overall temperature was hot and cold instead of everything evenly the same. Disappointed. The nuggets meal was a bit more substantial, but tue nuggets hard and dry. The meals were not to my expectations.

Customer service: when I walked in, I notice the gentleman receiving orders was wearing a baseball cap, red rebook hoodie. Looked like one of the customers not someone who worked here. Nice guy, just thought they are required to wear a specific KFC uniform. So, with the quality of food and quality of staff, tells me KFC has become somewhat third class as far as quality. Also, this is not my first KFC. The food is consistent across all KFCs.

A long time ago the atmosphere wasn’t very good, but today the atmosphere is great, along with the food and the fast service. I had stopped going there and went to other places, but now this is my favorite place. The food has improved a lot. Congratulations!

The food was okay, for the price it was above decent. But when you go through a drive through and expect great service and you don’t receive it, was very disappointing. I got terrible customer service at the drive thru, at this location it’s never been terrible. Until recently it’s been downhill. I enjoy KFC but when I go out to eat I expect exceptional customer service.

We always love KFC food it pretty much the same wherever we go. The reason for a three-star rating here was the service was poor. The attendant couldn’t figure out how to use the $50 gift card we had. Also they were really low on selection when I asked for an 8-piece bucket they said they couldn’t give me any brests (it normally comes with two breasts) for it. When I asked if I could get an extra dark meat piece in place of the breast they said no. My wife got a meal and enjoyed it. I didn’t get what I wanted cuz I felt like I was going to get ripped off.

The bbq chicken was great . Kfc finally got larger chicken pieces. Thankfully they upgraded the size of each piece of chicken. I’m not very happy with the lack of order checking. I spent over $50.00 and they forgot the biscuits. The guy at the counter was slow and seemed kinda high!! I specifically asked him if everything was in the bags. He assured me it was all there. If I wasn’t driving 45 minutes away I would have gone back!!

I will NEVER go to KFC AGAIN. it is the biggest RIP off I’ve ever seen. Can your believe they charge you almost $4 for 2 bites of mac n cheese??? Same with the mashed potatoes $4 for couple bites of those too.. I’ve literally never seen anything like it. It says individual size… individual for who???? A 6 month old? I am seriously so disgusted and disappointed. After spending $30 for dinner we had to go buy more food somewhere else. I am so angry how can a company get away with ripping people off like that? On the 20th of September my daughter and I were down there to visit my aunt. We picked up a bucket of chicken and it was the best chicken I’ve had from KFC in a very long time. It was fresh and crispy. It was really moist. I was so impressed with KFC. Keep up the good work
