I ordered a burger and fries combo on 5-26-23. I began to eat the burger and right away noticed a very salty taste. Immediately my stomach began to get upset and I had to run to the restroom. I experienced abdominal distress. I think and really believe someone cooking the food put something weird into it. Never going again!

First thing we herd when walking through the door was Jesus F&@ Christ from a gal that was making food like she was mad we went in a 9pm.. Then we order and she had a flip out on what we ordered because they were out of the item. This gal definitely has issues, and I felt bad for the gal at the register that took our order.. Literally had to repeat my order 3 times. And they still messed it up. Said I wanted mash potatoes and Mac. Got only coleslaw. Wanted a large drink. Got a medium. I let that one go cuz it wasn’t a big deal. This is ridiculous, last time I was there I wanted extra crispy they were out. And then they said if I wanted a biscuit I’d have to wait another 15minutes. This is just sad. Clearly there’s a training issue and it needs corrected.

Drive-thru and online is all that’s available, and the last few times I used the drive-thru, they got my order wrong. Today was the last straw: I ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, and got to my destination on a tight schedule to find a fried chicken sandwich in the bag. Last time I’ll visit!

What is wrong with kfc? This chicken sandwhich is totally burnt. How did they not see this when they were putting it together? I’m tired of the poor quality lately. This is the worst sandwhich I’ve had there. The last few times I’ve been, the chicken has been overdone and a little dry but not burnt to a crisp like this. Please KFC, get better! I came to this KFC at 9:04 PM on a Sunday night. It clearly states online that they are open till 10 PM on Sunday and I made sure to check before coming. I went in the drive through and someone over the intercom said “sorry we close at 9 on sundays.” I said “it says 10 pm clearly on your website and online. Isnt there any way you could please help us out?” She refused. Horrible experience and false advertisement. Will be reporting to the BBB
