Super disappointed after reading amazing reviews online.
When I arrived to pick up my to go order I went through the drive threw to pick up the order, as I received the first half of the order I asked the woman working the window (Jamine) if I could have some butter for the biscuits because it wasn’t available online to select it. She gave pushed back stating if you put it on the order it is in the bag. Okay great, thank you I said. I pulled forward and checked my order, not only was it only half of my order but it was ICE COLD!
I pulled around and went in the the lobby to let the manager know and was being stared at from behind where the chicken remaining to be warmed is – she said nothing as she hesitated to come to the counter as she approached I asked if the apple pie desserts were ment to be served cold and she said I don’t know.. I said does someone know ?
The manager came over , in a very rude tone explaining to me that the food had been sitting for a while – I said is that why I don’t have the sides either ? Did I show up too early or late to get my complete order !?
Talon is the only one with a nice personality and understand. He went a head and got me the sides however – NOT ONE APOLOGY.
This was at 8:30 pm the kitchen was almost completely broke down and ready to close up shop when they should be open for about 2 1/2 more hours.
If I own this store, I would be very disappointed of the operations and I would be wondering why my nightly sales on the weekends weren’t higher and my lines aren’t longer when every restaurant in Spanish Fork is crazy busy!

The new twister wraps are absolutely amazing and the naked chicken wrap is also amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful even when they are super busy they absolutely do there best. We love this kfc it’s absolutely our favorite around

Ordered 12 piece nugget and there were 11 pieces but 4 of the 11 weren’t even nuggets. They were like scrap batter pieces with basically no chicken in them. The bottom right is what I would consider a still small nugget about the size of a quarter but the others were even smaller than that.

Ordered an 8pc meal, they said they were out of chicken for 20 minutes because it was busy (understandable). The manager brought my food to my car as soon as it was done and apologized for my wait, great service! Maybe keep a better eye on your chicken

We did an online order that we picked up. I called in while placing my order and asked the manager if we could buy biscuits when we came in and how many come in an order. He could not answer my questions. The person at the register was very helpful with thid problem. Why didn’t the msnager have an answer to a very simple question? Our bags were labeled 1of2 and 2of2. We picked them up. Got home and many of our items were missing. Apparently there was a 3rd bag! We had to go back down to pick up the rest of our order. By the time we ate our food was cold. No apology for the mislabeled bags. They were not busy. 1 car at the drive thru one couple at a table inside. It was new years eve.

HAIR IN EVERY PIECE OF CHICKEN: There were multiple strands of human hair baked into every piece of chicken from my meal. When I called they said they couldn’t refund, corporate policy. They said they’d give me a free meal sometime, as if I’m going to want to eat this food in the future.

KFC needs to do something different to improve customer satisfaction!
I think this is both a corporate, online, and local issue at Spanish Fork KFC.
#1 the venue at store and online do not match on items or price.
#2 when you order online to make it closer to affordable, you can not pick a mix of orginal and crispy. Can not select no ice in your drink.
#3 The Spanish Fork KFC Team including Tyson the Manager said it was against there police to give me half orginal and half crispy.
KFC and local management you need to fix this.
I literally had to go to your competition to get the crispy chicken that I wanted because you have lost your way.
In addition the competition was 1/3 the cost.

So first time I plucked feathers from my KFC wings, got the 20$ box original BBQ with potato wedges, popcorn chicken & biscuits. Tasted like Swanson TV dinner made an attempt at wings and wedges, super disappointed as I was hopeful 90s kid and missed those items, I will continue to miss those items.

When paying the employee forgot my drink so I had to backup and ask him to get it. Then once I arrived home they got my order wrong, 2 wings and a breast.
