Came here around 9pm and got a 3 piece tender combo plus a root beer freeze. The food was cold and the freeze was melted. How long must have my food been sitting there to make it like this? The service was also mild, when they handed to me they almost dropped it in my car and showed no sign of enthusiasm but that’s ok because it was late. But at least don’t mumble “have a good day” I know that’s what they said but if I hadn’t cleaned my ears that day then I might’ve not heard them. Not a chill night, was looking for some fire food but it was so mediocre, I wish I could get a refund

My family and I have been eating at KFC in Provo for a few days now. And I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of the food. Everything is fresh and hot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And their chocolate cakes are delicious. Excellent manager and employees. Thanks for the service, Julian!

The young Hispanic guy at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well kept. However, other than decent fries and a good biscuit, the chicken tenders were disgusting. They were overcooked, tasted like old oil and were stale and chewy. I think they had been in there a little fryer and warming basket for way too long. I don’t know how you could even serve those because when you look at them you can’t possibly imagine that they are going to taste good. So if I paid $10 for a biscuit, a drink and some fries.

The worst experience I ever had.
I ordered 6piece fried chicken(original) and root beer float. After 30min,They gave me spicy tiny 6 chicken with no sauce. No float at all. They don’t even care what I ordered. They were arrogant and the hygiene in the kitchen was terrible. If you want some chicken, I would say go to wing stop!!

Ordered through doordash, didn’t get my drink and i ordered a 3pc. chicken got more like 2.5 with a tiny piece, and they forgot my honey and butter for the biscuit

I came today, Saturday, and the restrooms were out of service, the soda fountain was also out of service!!! The main counter’s cash register was broken too!! It would be better if they didn’t open to the public!! And the service wasn’t the best…

KFC use to be so good, but lately their chicken has been extremely salty. The sides are still good, but when chicken is the center of the meal, it should be top notch, but theirs is super salty compared to everyone else’s. This particular store staff aren’t very friendly. Just trying to move you along and shoves the bag at you. Now I know it’s fast food and pay usually sucks, but they need some lessons on customer service.

First,all the employees are the best,I meet Barbara who was in the front who helped me on my order,super friendly,and the guy junior the guy that package my food,all the food looked elegant,and the chicken was good specially with a pumpkin pie shake,thank you guys so much,great service I’ll come back another day.
There’s a manager (Pedro that treats his employees like trash,he yells al them,and the times that I’ve been there,I’d always saw him sitting down on his office on his phone instead of helping his employees on the busiest hours,kfc should get a better management and not waste their time on people that’s not worth it.(this guy also insults his employees).

I’ve come here multiple times and the drive through never gets my order right. They don’t repeat your order so you don’t know it’s wrong until you’ve paid.
I asked for no ice and got a cup half full of ice and no straw. I asked for honey bbq tenders and got tenders with no sauce on them or on the side.
Sadly the app doesn’t let me order anything off the A&W menu so I have to use the drive through.
I would not recommend this place. And if you do eat here make sure to check your order before driving away.
