Hands down the BEST KFC in No. Utah County! ALWAYS fresh and juicy. They have been consistent since opening also which I appreciate as we go out of our way to go there. The Lehi KFC should be shut down any day now (we hope) and the American Fork franchise has dried out, small and never fresh chicken every time we have tried them this year (2x). Draper KFC is not very good either SO WE HOPE this Saratoga Springs location stays 5 stars for our KFC fix.

Went to get a $20 fill up box. They said they were out of extra crispy and this was at 1130 am. Also didn’t offer any condiments like honey or butter which is needed for the biscuits .Seemed like they were in hurry to get people in and out of there. This location seems to be struggling. Who is out of chicken at 1130 in the morning.

The food was terrible. We ordered 12 chicken fingers, and they were tough, really chewy and not breaded well. They said they were suppose to be “extra crispy” batter but some spots didn’t have any at all. It’s hard to spend $40 on dinner and have terrible chicken.

The quality of the food was subpar! I paid over $60 for an 8 piece meal with with sides and an 8 piece tenders. I can’t believe I paid $18 for my chicken tenders to look like they did. Chicken tasted gross and was super oily. Will not be eating here again.

Out of about 10 times we have been to this place, there has only been one time they got our order right. Every time we have ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Wednesday Special, (about 4 times), we get a different set of items that are not consistent with the advertised combo. This location needs to get their act together! It’s so frustrating! Their prices are also inconsistent and ridiculously high! I’m only giving them one star because I love their Cole Slaw and Fries.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal just now. Almost no cars in the parking lot. 4 employees standing around. We were the only car in the drive through. No chicken sandwich in my bag. Drove all the way home only to find out I just gave you my money for nothing. With so many workers you would think I could get my whole order. This is how businesses get bad reputations and people stop coming. Maybe 1 of those employees with nothing to do could be verifying what goes into the bags so people get their fricking orders! I will not be coming back.

Drive through. Becky had a most wonderful voice and personal presence. I ordered the 13 meal. When she first saw me fill my mug from the cup and saw that it was not full she asked me if I wanted more to fill it up. I was amazed. THAT is situational awareness and customer service.

Absolutely horrible!! We spent over $40 on our meal just for them to miss everything. We were missing all of our biscuits. Even though we had all of the sauces for it. We are also missing our sauces that we ordered for our chicken!! How hard is it to put together?!? Please don’t waste your money here.
