This place is always clean and the employees are awesome!
Food is always good here.
If something isn’t as good as it should be, go up and talk to them, they’ll make sure you get the tasty KFC you’re expecting!
Pro tip: don’t show up 5 mins before closing, they’ll be out of things because KFC takes TIME to cook!! Hit up Taco Bell instead

Today I came with my children to the KFC in Saratoga and the order was incorrect (extra mayonnaise that they charged for but didn’t deliver, we asked for no pickle and they sent it without refusing to change it, I ordered chicken wings and received a whole, burnt chicken). They refused to change it. TERRIBLE SERVICE, saying the staff was busy. This is unacceptable, since as a customer you pay for a pleasant atmosphere and food and in return you receive an unpleasant experience.

This KFC was phenomenal! The real game changer was Colton working the counter. He has astonishing customer service and was super polite. He tended to any questions I had about the menu and even recommended other options that would fit the criteria of the amount of people I needed to feed. I will most certainly come back to this location. On the other hand, Colton deserves a ridiculous amount of appreciation!

Came in for some spicy wings and was told the current batch had been sitting a little longer than ideal. Instead of just serving them anyway, the team was super honest and offered to either make fresh wings or give me three chicken tenders as a replacement. I went with the tenders and wow – they were hot, juicy, and absolutely delicious!
Huge props to the staff for being upfront and going out of their way to make it right. That kind of honesty and great customer service turned what could’ve been a meh experience into a fantastic one. I left happy and full. Will definitely be back – KFC, you’ve got some real gems working here!

Our kids were hungry, so we decided to go through the drive-thru to grab something quick for the road. We ordered an 8-piece nugget meal to give it a try. The service was fast, and we drove off, but when we opened the nugget box to feed our kids, this is what we found…

Rebecca took great care of me in the drive thru today, I came in with a $100 dollar bill and only had 28 in cash, she let me use a coupon to make the total work!! (Sorry about that!!)
This location has always been good to me, Rebecca went above and beyond today.

Prices are higher than usual, but so is every other place. Our family spent about ten dollars a person. Our food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming and kind. I love their biscuits and lemonade.
Our food was ready in 5 minutes, and exactly what we ordered.

Ordered two simple item, a twister and a chicken sandwich. It took like an hour to arrive. when it arrived the driver came up to the door without even looking or verifying handed it to me and just ran off before I could check if it was the right order. We told her that our order arrived with problems (incorrect chicken, missing mayonnaise, and added pickle, which my son is allergic to). We asked her to please change it, and her response was: “We’re busy. I’m sorry.” This is NOT an appropriate response when we were paying for the food and good service.
