The chicken was more dry than it looks on this grey, shriveled picture, despite a sea of gravy trying to hide that.
I would rather have the option to wait for chicken that isn’t past it’s hold time by 3 hours than try to chew that chicken again.

I’m seriously stood at the counter for 3 minutes before I ask the workers if there was anyone working the counter. Then, when I tried to order, I was told that they didn’t have coleslaw. What?! KFC with no coleslaw? The guy said, “we haven’t had it for a while.” I have circled all of the places with dirt and crumbs. Definitely avoid this location.

I placed my order 10 minutes before i left my house, got there 6 minutes after that. They then made me wait an additional 20 minutes before I get my food while I’m the only one in the store, not even anyone in the drive through the entire time. This always happens and I’m sick of wasting my time here.

I tried KFC in a different city a couple months ago and was extremely disappointed, tonight was no different. The chicken sandwich was lacking flavor, it’s KFC for crying out loud, put the 11 herbs and spices in it! It was so dry I was dipping my chicken sandwich in ketchup! I hate ketchup, before tonight I have never tasted ketchup and chicken together. The chicken was dry and hard and chewed like tree bark. Me and my little old man father in law spent $32 on a sandwich, the smallest box of fries I’ve ever seen and 3 pieces of chicken for him. The only reason we went was because he had been missing it since like the 90’s. he hated it tonight, said it was a total waste of money. The place was dead slow and I’m not surprised. I anticipate these stores closing soon because they cannot be getting repeat customers, it’s a one and done for anyone looking for flavor or value. I took my mom to lunch at a sit down restaurant and had a server and our bill with tip was almost $10 less than this fast food place. I don’t know how the doors are still open selling dry, flavorless food for way too much money. I hate to be mean but it was just terrible. Look at the photo, $32! No tomato or lettuce on the sandwich and we spent $32 and change!

I’ve been putting off a review here for a while because I keep telling myself maybe they are just having off days. But the last about 5 times I’ve been to this location there is always something missing from my order or the food just isn’t as good. Today for example rather than getting a biscuit in my combo I got a bun of a slider and then the chicken was like so dry. Basically the meat equivalent of a saltine cracker. A massive bummer because I love kfc.

First of all, don’t have a sign on your window that says if you don’t get your receipt, your meal is free. If you can’t even abide by your policy!!! First of all, The GUY was really rude. Was literally turning around and talking to coworkers about me in front of me. Second of all I got two buckets of chicken. They forgot one bucket of chicken and they wouldn’t give me my bucket of chicken. Told me that I had to pay for it. When I already had paid for it, he asked for the receipt, but he didn’t even give me a receipt. so he made me pay for another bucket of chicken.
Also, I had two coupons. I asked him to look at it, and he said doesn’t matter.
DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WORST AND RUDEST KFC’S!!!

I always use the drive thru. Sometimes they don’t give a fork/spork for my Mac N cheese. Sometimes they neglect to give me the sauces I requested. I experience minor problems a solid percentage of my visits, but it’s never been anything major.
