If I could leave no stars I would. We stood in the lobby for 25 mins before anyone even acknowledged we where there. We ordered online and the app said it was ready so we went there and of course it wasn’t. If it wasn’t already paid for we would have walked out. I called the store and they answered the phone though lol. I asked to talk to the manager and she was the one on the phone so I asked for the district manager contact info and she I have no idea who that is I have never met them or have no way to get a hold of them. Last time going here. Hopefully someone that owns this place will read this and take the appropriate actions. Your restaurant failures start at the top.

The wait was way too long. I went through the drive through, but had to pull around front to wait. Was told it would only be 5 minutes but ended up waiting almost 20 mins. My order was wrong, and my food was barely even warm when i got it, so I don’t know why it took so long. I also ended up having to go inside myself because I didn’t receive any of my requested sauces. The KFC Sauce is different but good.

You would think that at 7pm they would have extra crispy chicken…but no they didn’t. Ordered a 4 piece meal. The biscuit was hard as a rock, and the Mac&Cheese was ok but I’ve had better from KFC. Pretty much the only thing good was the Pepsi.

Unfortunately I never got the food. I made an online order at 7:40pm on the 10th of March to pick up at 8:30pm. When I got there at 8:30pm, I was told they ran out of chicken. I was never informed beforehand. I don’t live next to KFC so it was a drive for nothing. That is not the bad part. I was told to call the number on the website. I have called several times during operating hours. I have been put on hold and eventually it will go to voicemail. I have left two messages. The food is okay at this location, but I will never use the online order system again, especially when it is about two hours till close. My experience has been proven to be unreliable and I was told by the staff at the store that I need to request a refund, so they will take the money and now I have been chasing the money I paid for the food I never got.

Okay so first of all we went inside and through the drive though and no employees helped us. Now it was 30 mins till close so I understand if they were like “we can’t serve you” but no employee help is truly unacceptable. And not even the worst part they was an employee sleeping on the bench. Truly disappointing

Can I say wow.. they actually rushed us at the drive thru. Mind you not 1 single soul behind us. Trying to read the menu, that’s also semi blocked by a sign on the speaker. Never again will I stop at the Roy Utah location.

I wasn’t impressed. 1st they forgot we ordered even after paying and sitting in the parking lot for 20 mins. Then when we went in and found out they forgot our order they didn’t even have the food in stock.
