I get so tired of these fast food places that don’t check their orders when they give them to people in the drive-through. I spent $10 on three chicken tenders and they didn’t give them to me. I don’t care about the money. I don’t have time to check large orders in the drive-through so I get home and I don’t have what I paid for. This place needs to do a better job of giving people what they’ve paid for without them feeling like they have to check a large order at the window just to jam up the line. It’s so exhausting. Just get it right and do better.

We got twelve hot wings and a chicken basket with two sides, all the chicken was dried, been sitting under a lamp. For probably 8 hours. They forgot half the order instead of a 12 piece. We got a 6 piece. The staff was very rude never received the rest of our $30 meal. Didn’t matter any and because the first half was 2 days old, it seemed like. would not recommend this restaurant.

They’re always behind. This is the third time I go to pick up my order at the time for pick up and they told me they have just started frying the chicken and told me to wait 17-18 mins. They’re very nice about it and gave me free drink but that’s 20 mins that we lost waiting 🙁 please be better.

Absolute worst experience at this location today. As we were ordering, the lady was rude and rushing up through ordering. Once we get up to the window, we gave her a coupon and she snatched it out of my hand then once we got our order we were missing two items that were on our receipt that we paid for. I mentioned this and she just walked away and comes back with a bag. I let her know it’s still wrong, and she came back and threw the correct item at me and slammed the window and walked away. Had she LISTENED and not rushed us she would have heard me say what was missing. Then for her to throw the Mac and cheese at me through the window was absolutely shocking. Will absolutely never ever return to this location again, and will be making sure everyone knows about this terrible experience. She should absolutely not be allowed to work customer service. Cherry on top, apart from that, chicken was over cooked. Mac and cheese was watery.

Every time we’ve tried to go to this KFC they say no to my order and instead tell me what they have that I can choose from. Last time, I asked if we could get a 12 piece bucket, extra crispy, and they said that all of the food is going to online orders, but that I could have a pot pie or maybe 4 wings if I wanted to piece something together. So, I guess if you would like this restaurant to cook what you order, you have to order online, where they can’t say no.
