The night shift employees at this location are awesome! The mustached guy who took our order was so funny and the guy who prepared our order made sure we got a bunch of sauces to try, and was very friendly. They both deserve a raise for going above and beyond and made our night! The food was great, and the drinks were delicious 🙂

The food here is mostly fair, but the manager says really wierd things that are super uncomfortable. Such as, “hey wanna buy a mini chocolate cake? We’re having a competition and the bonus will help with my divorce” i know he’s trying to joke but that’s not really an ok thing to say. Especially as the manager. I also just weny by at 10:42 and the open sign is on but the drive through says their closed and all of the employees are out of sight… I’ve driven around this location before, i guess it’s time to start again…

As for the food, the chicken is saltier that other places and less cooked. It came quite lukewarm and dry, not juicy. There are part in it that tasted raw. Wonder if it was reheated from yesterday.
The coleslaw quite dry as well. As you can see in the pic, no liquid in it, even when kept in an inclined angle. Makes it hard to enjoy.

Just wanted to drop a quick note about this store. I come here once a week for one reason and one reason only. The customer service is exceptional. Mr. Hakuna matata at your drive up is fantastic. It may seem like just fast food but the people at your store make all the difference in the world. Phenomenal customer service

The young gentleman working the drive through tonight he was tall brown hair 10-10 9pm was so kind! He had the best attitude and brought our food and noticed our honey mustard was missing and he went running back and brought the sauces. I love when fast food gives great service. Overall this location has always been great!

I thought this location was doing great after the new building and management, but I guess the good service and hot food has gone down hill again, terrible service is coming back. kind of good bad depending on who you get to help you.
Gave it another shot had to try the Honey BBQ chicken, very very salty. Service not good not friendly. I was hoping for better, big disappointment.

My son and I ended up stopping here for dinner after an activity. The girl at the register was kind and helpful.
We ordered the 4 piece chicken box and the 5 piece tenders box. It was almost $25 for the two of us. My sons chicken was rubbery and he ended up throwing most of it away. His potatoes and gravy were fine. My chicken tenders were inconsistent. Some were cooked perfectly, others were underdone, and one was over cooked. The fries were soggy and there were so few of them. It was just all the little pieces from the end of a batch.
We’ll skip going back.

I have been to many KFCs , even one in Peru, but today, at this location, I have had, hands down, the best biscuit I have ever had from any KFC.
It was perfectly cooked, not dried out and amazingly buttery.
Well done!
In other news, the chicken in my opinion could have spent another 2-3 minutes in the fried to be more crispy, but I was still satisfied.
I also go through apple pie bites and they were good, a little doughy, but still delicious.

This was the third time I arrived at the KFC store in Americam Fork at 9:30 pm and the doors were locked. Today is May 31st. They are only operating through the drive thru. Please update the door hours because it says it will be open until 11 pm.
