The supervisor on staff – Maria – should be able to answer the phone at 9:30 pm at night, or at least take a message. So I can let her know the guy running the window did not give me the order I placed, with no receipt. I’m now 25 minutes away and I don’t even nearly the amount of food worth what I paid for. Gave me a non-answering number, and calling corporate office just to get my money back. Thanks for the service.

Went in to get a free float on August 6th for root beer float day. Very nice to us. Ended up getting food too. Got some burgers and cheese curds. The food was about what you would expect from fast food, but otherwise great! Loved the environment, but there wasn’t anything to break the silence while we ate. Overall great location!

I deeply disappointed with my experience at this specific KFC. I go here pretty often for lunch for the Famous Bowl which I highly recommend, but every time I come to this location the service it terrible. First, some workers seem very rude when I order or when I get my food. Also, they always seem to forget to give me my utensils even when I ask. This is very frustrating when I use the drive thru since I would have to go back around to get a utensil. Lastly, beware when asking for extra sauce, because they will charge you for it.
Overall, although the food is not bad, the service hers is very sub par.

I don’t like this KFC. They’re very slow, even though there are a lot of staff and few customers. Besides that, they don’t change the oil; it’s like they’re frying in black motor oil. I will never go back, nor will my family. And Friends.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly, funny and sociable as he took our order. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and a gallon of lemonade and sat down. It wasn’t long before somebody else called me up to get the order. He we also polite and friendly. Our order was perfect and we had all that we needed to eat in. Plates, cups, napkins, hand wipes, etc.
The food was hot, delicious and tasted fresh. Even my picky little ones cleaned off their plates and are more. I love the fact that the chicken breasts at KFC are never dry, but instead are juicy. I also noticed that they have an exclusive Mountain Dew flavor called Sweet Lightning so I tried it and loved it. I’m a root beer fan and a connoisseur of such…so when I saw that they have A&W made with real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup (which is horribly bad for you and doesn’t taste as good), I had to try some of that too. Loved it, but I’m still waiting for a day when they’ll bring back the original recipe which was natural… plus their burritos. Yes, A&W served burritos way back in the day when they had waitresses on roller skates. Those were some some DELICIOUS fried burritos and I also remember the trays they used to hook on your driver side window.
I guess this review is not just for KFC, but it’s also for A&W because they share the same kitchen, diner, and cash registers. I’ll keep coming back…I promise.

Refused to fulfill my DoorDash order because they were “out of chicken.” (I.e.: they did not want to put more chicken in the fryer at 9:15pm.) If you’re accepting DoorDash orders at that time, you need to make them. Shoutout to my DoorDash driver who showed up to KFC, waited for 15 minutes as KFC refused to fill the order and relayed to me “I” had to cancel the order, and he did not get paid for his time.

Pros – friendly service with smiles, well-packed order, at good temperature.
Cons – Fast food prices have gotten so high. Mobile order wasn’t ready at posted time. No one else was in the drive-thru, but I was told to pull forward and park in front as they were still preparing my cherry turnover bites. I said that I could wait at the window, as there was no one behind me, but they said I had to pull forward because their window service is timed. Well, see it kind of makes sense, if my order wasn’t ready that it should be a longer time at the window. Just another way to fudge their numbers for corporate but not really take care of customer service. I wasn’t in a hurry so I pulled forward and waited. I really didn’t wait that much longer and got my order. On the mobile order, I did not choose utensils, and all I requested was one extra ranch sauce for 20 cents. Imagine my surprise when I open the bag to find 6 sporks, 6 packages of honey sauce and 5 packages of butter flavored spread. All I had ordered was one 3 piece tender’s combo meal. It is amazingly wasteful to give me all these extra items that I did not request. The cherry turnover bites, that I had waited for, were very oily and under cooked. I had to air fry them myself an additional ten minutes for them to be edible. I wonder if they actually deep fry them!
PS – Do not get the cranberry Pepsi soda, as it is literally disgusting!!

Went through drive thru- lady taking our order seemed annoyed and distracted. We payed and she had us immediately drive the front to wait for our food (the place wasn’t busy) We waited for our food and drove all the way home to see we didn’t have the cheese curds, which were probably the most expensive item we got. Make sure to check your bags before you leave!!
