The wait times on food is ridiculous, 45 min for 6 prices of chicken? They stand around and gossip while customers are waiting and they don’t have an form of communication, they’ll tell you a few minutes then you’ll sit there for an hour and a half, then give you a free garbage cookie to make up for it. Bunk restraunt they need to rethink their whole demeanor when it comes to fast food and make sure they have stuff on prep other than wait till it’s completely out to make more.

Went through drive through ordered mixed wanted beats and this was told the kitchen was already shut down at 8 pm. Asked what time they close they said 11 pm. Went to window and the girls was standing around giving go to hell looks. The service there sucks.

Worst Customer Stevice Ever. Order Date August.8.2021.Around 6pm. Her name is Winter G. I ordered 8 ps Crispy Chicken only. She charged me more. Because She added biscuits. I said only chicken no biscuits. After that paid it. My order come out very fast. Like 30 seconds after I paid it. I won’t believe that so I open my order. They give me regular chicken 8 ps. Not Crispy Chicken. So I told her I ordered Crispy chicken 8 ps. She said we don’t have it. I said I don’t want it so give me my money back. After that she Said give me 5 minutes. She lied. So I don’t want whatever she said. I want my money back. I won’t go that KFC any more.
