Whoever was taking drive thru orders tonight was very rude. It looked like a guy that was probably the manager. Tried to order something that they don’t offer anymore which is fine but he was very rude about it and trying to order sauce he rudely cut me off and told me to order that at the window which again is fine but I also didn’t know that was how they ran things. The food was good just very bad service will not be returning.

Worst experience I’ve had at a fast food place in a long while. I went in past night with my friend, and one if the workers was not having a good night I guess. They called out someone’s name twice and when no one showed up to grab the food 2 seconds after they were cursing loud enough the whole lobby could here it, and just generally did not have a good attitude.
When we got our food, we drove home and had some fries on the way back. They were cold and stale. Friend got the chicken sandwich with nuggets combo, both were cold and the nuggets were soggy. I got the spicy Mac n cheese bowl with extra nuggets, and instead just got a normal famous bowl. Idk what’s going on with the night shift, but its insane how bad the food being served was.

The manager (Dreama or what ever her name is) is extremely rude to her fellow coworkers, and yells at them in front of customers, causing an awkward sceen instead of being professional and pulling them aside when they do something that is not to her satisfaction. I personally find its irritating when I am trying to ear and all I can hear is someone berating other people.

When the manager said let them deal with it it was completely unprofessional the food in the bag was stuffed in a bag I had to re bag everything while most the employees were leaning against the food shelf. Terrible service super bad cleanliness watched 3 employees cross contaminated. Will never ever eat there again

Purchased a #6 5 peice tenders.
The tenders do not look like the menu at all.
I came because I wanted crispy tenders.
The tenders were rubbery, tough and not crispy at all.
Talked to someone at the front counter and looked at me and said, “What do you want me to do?” She offered me nothing.
Do they not teach customer satisfaction any more. And this person was in her mid-30s, so it was some young kid.
